COURSE DESCRIPTION: Based on your course catalog description. Prerequisites: PSY 101 with a grade of C or better, or permission of the instructor. ATTENDANCE: Only persons who are registered for a class at your university/college may attend this class. You must sign the Attendance Sheet every class period. Evaluation of class performance will consist of the following criteria: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Class participation and attendance is MANDATORY, unless you have extreme circumstances; see syllabi under Absences. There will be 400 points possible for the four Tests completed in this course. There will be 230 points possible for the Analysis Papers (Diagnosing the Celebrities = 100 points; Memoir = 130 points). There will be 100 points possible for the Case Study. There will be 20 points possible for the two In-Class Oral Presentations, at 10 points each.

Total points possible: 750

Extra Credit: There will be no extra credit given in this course.
