PLEASE REMEMBER

The entrance to the Christmas Fair is via IB gate only. You can exit via both gates

Early Years – the bus will arrive at usual time around 3:30pm and will park in COAR premises. The children will be escorted by teachers across the road.

Primary students finish at 3:00pm and families are invited to enter the Fair via IB Gate from 3.15

Secondary students finish at 2:30pm. The pupils who don’t participate in the Fair are allowed to leave the school at that time.

Monster Buses leave at 4pm from COAR Parking. Parents are requested to inform Monster Buses about their child’s travel arrangements on that day. Primary students taking the Monster bus will stay in SSG until 4pm unless supervised by a teacher at a class stall. They will then be escorted to the Monster buses via the main entrance. Secondary students must congregate at 3.55 pm by the IB gate: they will be escorted across the road in time for their bus departure.
