Aside from the Bible, there might be more different editions of the Passover Haggadah than any other book in history. The Haggadah and Passover seder originated in the land of Israel after the destruction of the Second Temple, and continue to be one of the most observed Jewish rituals throughout the world. Community Beit Midrash Jeremiah: The Fate of the Prophet

Join Rabbi Peltz, Rabbi Wexler, Rabbi Lindemann and rabbis from our community for our Community Bet Midrash this year as we read Rabbi Binyamin Lau’s new book “Jeremiah, the Fate of the Prophet.” Rabbi Lau rearranges the chapters of Jeremiah according to their historical events and the chronology of the prophets life. His analysis helps us understand the historical context, and Jeremiah’s difficult mission, and it also provides lessons for own fractured world today.
