We are lucky to be based in such a beautiful and historic part of London, with its vast green open spaces and famous for its artistic and literary provenance, with of course John Keats himself being one of our most famous residents. As TK enters its 24th year of trading in Hampstead, I am delighted to say that the last twelve months have proved extremely productive with a large percentage of our register selling at or within 5% of our asking prices. The pandemic seemed to encourage many people to bring their moving plans forward whether it be for a larger garden/terrace or just to leave the gritty residential roads of the West End to more relaxed and leafier streets in areas such as Hampstead, Hampstead Garden Suburb or Belsize Park.

Whilst buyers are still high in numbers, the downside is that, as I write this welcome page, there is now an extreme shortage of stock available in the market. This has of course helped to strengthen prices and in many cases, we have had multiple buyers for properties particularly in the price range of £2,000,000 - £4,000,000. Notwithstanding this, I am still confident that the Autumn market will bring with it an increase in stock as more and more people prepare to move in time for Christmas or September’s new school year. in Australia. I competed internationally representing England at the world amateur championship in 2014 and also led England girls and ladies to home international victories on numerous occasions. As a professional golfer I have had some great success and continue to keep working hard and pushing my self to become the best in the world and to reach my goals. I started 2021 playing on the Justin Rose series which is a new tour that started in 2020 before the main ladies European tour events began, and I won on the Rose Ladies Tour that year at JCB Golf Club, Rochester. This year, after having a few months off because of the impact of Covid, I won the first event back at West Lancs Golf Club, with a score of -1 on a wet and windy links course. I then had 2 top ten finishes at Woburn Golf Club and Brockenhurt Manor before taking another win at the Berkshire golf club in a 5 hole play off. 've been playing golf since the age of 12 and I now find myself playing in my 5th season on the Ladies European Tour. It's not surprising that I have become a sportsperson - I come from a family of professional sports people with my dad being a professional footballer, my uncle a professional tennis player and my grandad a professional boxer! You could say it's in my DNA. I am very lucky to have grown up around professional sport and the most influential people in my life have been my parents as they have been so supportive of my golfing career from day one.

This year I’m currently inside the top 35 on the Ladies Order of Merit and have had a career best finish on the tour. I’m extremely excited to finish the season strong and keep moving up the leaderboards.

I turned professional in October 2015 with a handicap of +4.5 after a successful amateur career. As an amateur I achieved great success with being crowned the English and Scottish Under 18 champion. I represented Great Britain and Ireland in 2014 at the Curtis cup which was staged in the United States, as well as the youth Olympics

I currently have 5 events left on the ladies European tour, starting with Spain on the 1-3rd October, followed by New York 14-16th October, Dubai 27-29th October, Saudi Arabia 4-7th November before the season finale in Spain on the 25th-28th November.

Chasing Dreams With Racing Karting Jarrett Clark

arrett Clark is a 10 year old Karter currently in year 6 at school. He has been obsessed with racing since watching his first F1 race at the age of three and a half. A fascination with F1 and all things racing first led to racing themed birthday parties, and electric go karts that barely go faster than walking pace. From this Jarrett then graduated to petrol power cadet karts, which he tested in at cadet club twice a month at Rye House (where Lewis Hamilton also karted). After showing some talent, after turning eight he joined the multi award winning team Ambition Motorsport UK Ltd lead by team principal Paul Janes.

Jarrett is racing at National Level in the Honda Cadet class of karting which uses 4-stroke engines with a top speed of 60 mph and is for children aged between 8 to 12 years of age. Honda Cadet is known for its highly competitive nature. Unlike Formula 1, drivers can cooperate to create a "train" which can move faster than any single kart. When executed well, means that even the best driver with the best engine can never really break away from the pack, and a typical race will see various alliances form and break apart as drivers switch between cooperation and competition. Go karts are also reasonably robust and easier to repair than cars, meaning that a greater level of contact between karts is tolerated and even expected. Many F1 drivers will still comment that karting is far more enjoyable and competitive than car racing. Like Formula 1, tyres can be slick, inters and wet depending on conditions. Unlike Formula 1, it is not possible to change tyres once the race has started, so rain mid-race tends to cause mayhem. A typical Honda Cadet race will have up to 34 drivers on track at one time, so with its very competitive nature, race positions can change significantly throughout the race and on the final lap. Like all drivers joining Honda Cadet, Jarrett has had to go through a steep learning curve. Each track has a distinctive racing line and defensive line - that is the fastest way around the track, and the track position that stops you from being

overtaken. He has also had to learn how to drive in a crowd, how to position for an overtake as well as interpreting data and analysis. Karting has provided many life lessons for Jarrett. One has been how to dust himself off after a crash and get back racing. Another is that sometimes you can drive very well, but engine failure or some other fault outside of your control will cost you victory. And perhaps the most valuable lesson is that success requires sacrifice to achieve your goals. Currently Jarrett spends most of his weekends away karting, which requires anything from 2 hours to five hours on the road and often much longer. In addition to this he needs to train during the week. While success in Karting does not guarantee future success in Formula 1 or another type of motor racing – it is a necessary step as current Formula 1 drivers such as Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Lando Norris, George Russell among others have come up through karting. Jarrett has begun his journey in motorsport, and whether he makes it as a professional driver or not, he will have learnt many valuable life lessons.

Achievements: Jarrett is the current National Super One Series ‘O’ plate winner. Selected to represent Great Britain as part of Team GB in the Rok Cup World Super Finals in Italy in October 2021. Jarrett is currently competing as a rookie in the 2021 British Championship in preparation for the 2022 season when he will be attempting to gain an official top 10 British seed in the Honda Cadet class. He will also be attempting to achieve a top 10 seed in the National Super One series in Mini Rok class.

relation to the wheel, the pedals, everything was where it should be and that gives you great confidence from the start. I love the infotainment system too, which has everything you need and is really simple so you can get back to the important part, which is the driving.” The everyday useability of the Emira didn’t pass him by either, thanks to the high levels of comfort, functionality, technology and practicality. “The Lotus purists will love it, and the thing that people new to Lotus will love is the premium quality of the interior. When you’re in there you’re immersed in the seat and cockpit, and there’s a lot of lower back support so it will be comfortable for long journeys. That’s going to surprise people.” “It’s exceptional and I’m a big fan” – the words of former F1 world champion Jenson Button after more than 30 laps of the Hethel test track during the launch celebrations for the all-new Lotus Emira. A film of his exclusive world-first test drive was played to the on-site audience and tens of thousands of viewers from around the world watching the livestream on the Lotus website and social channels. Jenson commented: “You always expect a Lotus to have good mechanical grip through the low-speed corners but there was plenty of downforce in the high-speed corners too. That means the feeling of great balance is the same no matter how you’re driving it. Finding the right position when behind the wheel for the first time is key for every driver, not just the professionals, and Jenson said once he’d done that the Emira “just felt right”. He added: “The overall position of the gearstick in

A Chief Engineer with expertise in electric powertrains joined the team for the second round of racing in Senegal last month, helping JBXE to finish on the podium for the first time. In May there was news of further collaboration when bespoke British coachbuilder Radford – with which Jenson is involved – announced its first limited-edition project would be a modern rework of the iconic Lotus 62 sports car, created using Lotus technology.

With the stamp duty holiday in place there was of course a very strong sales market and this often leads to a slightly softer lettings market, but it has not panned out that way much to our delight and our clients benefit.
