TAZFOOD, a family business based in Piedmont, has been passionately collecting production techniques and quality recipes since 1995, thus offering delicious sweet and savoury specialities, capable of inspiring unforgettable taste experiences.

A supplier to the world's most famous luxury hotels and resorts, TAZFOOD has over the years developed a wide range of iconic 'welcome' or 'goodnight' gift boxes. In addition, TAZFOOD provides savoury and sweet goodies for the in-room minibar, as well as snacks for hotel bars and breakfast buffets.

Each package is handmade by applying contemporary design principles and without using automated processes. Our collections are entirely designed by our designers and each package is handmade by an expert whose main wish is that his creation leaves its mark and brings delight.

Taz Food offers this experience by making it a core value of its corporate philosophy. Each package can be customised with a customer's picture or logo, even in gold or silver foil for an exclusive luxury effect.

The result is a unique product that grants a part of you to your guest, the protagonist of an experience to remember, built with passion and attention to detail.

In 2022, the collaboration with Alvise Leon Van Meijgaard, a young Italian living in Barcelona, was born. Through a clean yet detailed stroke, he manages to mix creativity and fantasy, tenaciously clinging to a perfect yet intangible world, where reality and imagination are incorporated, creating new images. An example of this is the collection presented at the Show EquipHotel Paris 2022: the 'Parisian Glade' project; an illustration reproduced by hand with fine-pointed pens, combining history and nature.

Thanks to continuous research and selection, we offer a wide range of specialities of high quality craftsmanship, including delicate truffles with hazelnuts, pistachios or amaretti, exquisite ganache cream filled chocolate pralines made with fine single-origin cocoa beans and decorated with elegant designer graphics, dried fruit covered with pure chocolate, and many other delicacies. These are excellences created by passionate master chocolatiers, delicacies handcrafted in order to safeguard the virtues of the ingredients and impart an intense taste and aroma.

The handcrafters with whom we collaborate share our same ideals of quality and the conviction that artisanal production elevates the quality of a product.

A taste experience that stems from the processing of raw materials, carefully chosen and worked with the dedication of artisanal techniques handed down from generation to generation without using automated processes. Together with these professionals, we select raw materials of the highest quality.

This attention can be found at every stage of production, including during the roasting or caramelisation of the fruits, when choosing the flavourings or when kneading pure hazelnut flour to create artisanal biscuits according to traditional recipes. In short, the quality of the products, materials and production is an essential condition, as is the systematic control of the organoleptic qualities of our products, in order to offer sweet and savoury specialities of absolute quality.
