Community Benefit

There are two application processes for support, depending on the estimated cost we provided to you:

Applications for goods or services with a value up to £500 will be considered as part of the fast-track process.

Applications for goods or services with a value from £501 to the maximum of £3,000 will be considered as part of the full application process.

When can I apply?

Fast Track applications will be considered on an ongoing basis. For full applications, it is anticipated there will be funds available in the Tayside Contracts Community Fund to support requests for goods or services across the four application periods.

Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants are advised to demonstrate they meet as many of the criteria as possible.

The value of goods or services awarded is at the discretion of the Tayside Contracts Community Fund Panel.

The Tayside Contracts Community Fund Panel reserves the right to exclude applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria and reject submissions and projects that are believed to be incomplete, incomprehensible, false or fraudulent.

Although an application may meet the eligibility criteria, there is no guarantee that it will be supported by the Tayside Contracts Community Fund Panel.

The Tayside Contracts Community Fund cannot support:- activities that promote religious or political views purely commercial ventures (for profit) spending that has already taken place (i.e. retrospective funding) redistribution of funding to individuals or other organisations activities that exclude individuals on the basis of protected characteristics have you provided any measurements if relevant? do you have the funds if your estimate is in excess of £3,000?

How will I be informed about the outcome of my application?

Once the assessment process is complete, the named applicant will be contacted, and any additional information will be provided or requested at that time.

How often can I apply if I have something else that could be provided via the fund?

Only one application per organisation per year can be submitted.
