Since 1963, Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen has created fine jewelry inspired by nature. It all begins in the creative corners of the designers’ minds. Ideas are brought to life as playful drawings and experimental sculptures, as Ole, Charlotte, and now Sofia Lynggaard bring old traditions and new techniques together. Born in 1936, Ole Lynggaard always knew that he would follow a creative vocation. He was inspired to become a goldsmith by his parents, who owned two fine jewelry stores. Determined to improve his talent as craftsman and designer, Ole Lynggaard spent five years travelling, working and educating his way around the globe before founding his eponymous company in 1963. Still actively designing fine jewellery collections, the brand founder shows perpetual commitment to his trade. The heart of Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen is a passionate family devoted to creativity, craftsmanship – and each other. Ole Lynggaard’s daughter, Charlotte Lynggaard, is Designer and Creative Director. His son, Søren Lynggaard, is CEO. Eldest granddaughter, Sofia Lynggaard Norman is a third generation designer, with her debut Young Fish Collection featured in this jewelry exhibition. Together they carry on the Danish design traditions and family ingenuity.

Nestled within Maya Frodeman Gallery, a contemporary art gallery in downtown Jackson Hole, Wyoming, No. 62 showcases award-winning designers from around the globe, such as Nicholas Varney, Silvia Furmanovich, and Fernando Jorge, among others.
