MARGOT McKINNEY A fourth-generation australian jewellery designer, Margot’s life’s passion is creating exceptional pieces of jewellery from the finest and rarest gems in the world. She started her career at an early age in the 134-year-old McKinney family business, and has since risen to global acclaim.

The McKinney family business was founded in 1884 by John McKinney. Following in his pioneering footsteps, his descendants grew and expanded the family luxury goods business, developing a speciality in precious jewellery. From this strong grounding, margot seized the opportunity to launch her own bespoke, hand-crafted precious jewellery collection. Over the following 12 years, Margot nurtured her eponymous brand into one of the most desirable bespoke jewellery brands in australia and the United States.

With a passion and creativity second to none, Margot has leveraged the relationships forged by her family over more than a century, to establish her own reputation as a world-renowned designer and jeweller. She continues to build unique and highly-sought after supply chain relationships and collaborations, including her recent work with designer Zac Posen, through Neiman Marcus.
