To further support our excellent team, we are excited to offer a Provider Referral Bonus and a New Hire Sign-on Bonus for experienced providers We believe that some of our best talent has been referred by team members who understand our culture and values firsthand
As of August, 35 new providers have joined our team to help with reopening Ellisville, Valley Park, and St Peters, as well as, serving new communities in Holly Hills and Chesterfield As we look ahead to increase double provider coverage and open in Illinois this November, we hope to have continued success with referred providers, preferably with experience, who are already familiar with our TAUC team
For referrals between August 20-December 31, 2024, both the TAUC Associate and the New Hire are eligible to earn a bonus Offers must be accepted between now and the end of the year to qualify for the program outlined below:
● TAUC Associate: Experienced Provider Referral Bonus
○ All team members are eligible to earn this provider referral bonus
■ Full Time & Part Time: If you refer a full-time or part-time provider, you will earn $5,000.
■ PRN: If you refer a PRN employee who previously worked at TAUC, you will earn $2,500.
○ Bonuses will be paid for the referral 120 days from the provider’s start date.
● New Hire: Referral Sign-on Bonus for Experienced Providers
○ Physician Bonus: $10,000
○ Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Bonus: $5,000
○ The new provider will receive 50% of the sign-on bonus at 90 days and the remainder at 9 months (270 days) of employment.
