Pemerintah Non-Kementerian, Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Anak Perusahaan BUMN, Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), Perusahaan Swasta Nasional dan Perusahaan Multinasional. Melalui etos kerja yang tinggi, Taspen Life tumbuh menjadi perusahaan terpercaya sehingga mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan asuransi sejenis di Indonesia. Kami terus melakukan ekspansi pasar dengan cepat, seperti membangun jalur distribusi melalui 4 kantor pemasaran yang bersinergi dengan induk perusahaan PT TASPEN (persero) yang memilki 54 kantor cabang serta 3 unit layanan di seluruh Indonesia.

Ragam produk individu Taspen Life di antaranya Taspen Proteksi Beasiswa, Taspen Smart Save, dan Taspen Bright Life, dengan inovasi layanan digital, seperti aplikasi My Taspen Life, digital polis, layanan Autoklaim, dan layanan klaim terintegrasi. Dari tahun ke tahun, Taspen Life berhasil meraih sejumlah penghargaan dan apresiasi publik.

Penghargaan itu di antaranya: Best Life Insurance dari Media Asuransi (2016, 2018, 2020), Best Insurance dari Majalah Investor (2019-2020), dan Award Financial Performance Full-Year dengan predikat sangat baik dari Infobank (2020-2021).

(PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen) Taspen Life is a subsidiary of PT TASPEN (Persero), in which its ownership is divided into two — 99.97% by PT Taspen, while 0.03% by Taspen Jakarta Employee Cooperative. Taspen Life was established on February 26, 2014, and has obtained a business license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with registration number: Kep-30/D.05/2014, April 10, 2014. Despite being a newcomer to the insurance sector, Taspen Life always prioritizes its customers’ trust by placing excellent and qualified human resources in every service. Taspen Life's customers consist of civil servants (ASN), state ministries, non-ministerial government institutions, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), BUMN Subsidiaries, regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), national private companies, and multinational companies. Through a high work ethic, Taspen Life has grown to become a trusted company so that it can compete with similar insurance companies in Indonesia. We continue to rapidly expand our market, such as building distribution through 4 marketing o ces that synergizes with parent company PT TASPEN (Persero) that owns 54 branch o ces and 2 service units throughout Indonesia.
