Conveyancing Aspects of Family Law $45 Deidre Tan, Wallace, Wilkinson & Webster

After her very popular and practical Conveyancing in a Nutshell session, we welcome back Deidre Tan previously of Wallace, Wilkinson & Webster (now Page Seager Lawyers) to present an introduction to conveyancing aspects of family law matters for legal support staff. Deidre Tan graduated with a combined Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania in 2012. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2013. Prior to commencing practice with Wallace Wilkinson & Webster in 2017 in the area of Conveyancing, Deidre was a team member at SAI Global Property Division for a period of 2 years.

With this session, PEXA's purpose is to introduce and enable electronic conveyancing into Tasmania by creating system solutions that are compatible, reliable and able to be used by all interested parties. PEXA aims to facilitate the transition to a positive digitised experience by introducing and adopting new streamlined systems, process, ways of working and behaviours across the various stakeholder groups. In this session, presented into the 2024 Property and Commercial Law Conference, PEXA provides a demonstration to demystify the experience of e-conveyancing and pique the viewer's interest in readying one's legal practice.
