Dorm Traditions Tabor’s dormitory life is unique and forms the foundation of the Tabor experience for boarding students. Our dormitories range in size from 7 students to 32 and feature homes for 2-4 faculty families per dorm. Students may elect to remain in their dorm year after year or choose new surroundings.

Together at Tabor Faculty members and their families call Tabor home, too! And it is the students who help make it so. Tabor students always tell their younger peers that they should take time to get to know their teachers. Babysit their children, walk their dogs, enjoy movies, snacks, or watching the game at their homes. Favorite ways to spend time with students during non-academic time: Hanging out in the dorms: homework help, snacks & chats Coaching a sport Directing a performing art Taking students to a local eatery or venue
