Trinity Anglican School Scholarship Guide

Scholarship Types

At Trinity Anglican School, we are committed to supporting students who have the potential to thrive at TAS. Our scholarships and bursaries provide opportunities for families to access a TAS education and for students to contribute meaningfully to our vibrant school community.

Academic Merit Scholarship

Reduction in tuition fees from Year 7, or a later year of entry, through to graduation, subject to periodic review.

Awarded based on exceptional performance in an exam, prior academic achievements, and an interview.

Principal’s Opportunity Scholarship

Provides support to external students who demonstrate academic potential under financial constraints.

Awarded at the discretion of the Principal and based on academic performance, means testing, and an interview.

Music Excellence Scholarship

Reduction in tuition fees from Year 7, or a later year of entry, though to graduation, subject to periodic review.

Awarded based on academic testing, music documentation, a music audition, and an interview.

Sibling Concession

Discounts applied to Tuition Fees and Capital Level only:

15% discount for the second child

30% discount for the third child

100% discount for subsequent children

Please note: Concessions apply to the younger sibling/s (in birth order) when all children in the family are enrolled at the school simultaneously.

Nominate the Scholarship type/s you are applying for: Academic Merit Music Excellence Principal’s Opportunity Scholarship

Provide all supporting documentation Register for applicable exams and audition dates.

Are you also applying for a Principal’s Opportunity Scholarship?

If no, skip to step 4. If yes, you will be asked to supply confidential financial information to support your application.

Applicationdeadline 31January

Sit the Academic Exam.

The Academic Exam is facilitated on-campus in February each year.

All applicants, including those applying for Music Excellence and Principal’s Opportunity Scholarships, must sit the Academic Exam.

Are you also applying for a Music Excellence Scholarship?

If no, skip to step 6

If yes, sit the Music Audition.

Music Auditions are facilitated on-campus during March each year.

Complete an interview with Head of Secondary or Principal.

if the applicant is unsuccessful in their scholarship application and does not wish to be considered for a full fee-paying place.
