To unlock the benefits of funding, minimised disruption and improved network performance data has to be captured, validated, integrated and acted upon.

Maturity Assessment We invite partners to participate in our assessment survey. Through detailed questioning we are able to graphically illustrate current state, short term and long term capability. ✓✓ Do you have an asset management policy in place? ✓✓ How do you communicate with stakeholders? ✓✓ How do you develop business cases? ✓✓ How do you collaborate with your contractors?

This process could be a simple survey or an in depth consultation dependant on budget restrictions or programme objectives.

Survey results are compiled - the detail is captured through conversation.
