The following requirements must be met:

• Be in good standing at other college(s)/university(s) attended

• Meet the cumulative GPA requirements (see chart)

FIND YOUR NET ESTIMATED COST OF ATTENDANCE

PRESIDENT’S GUARANTEED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Students who transfer to Tarleton State University with a 2.0 GPA or higher and taking at least 6 credit hours will be guaranteed at an annual level between $250 and $2,500 as indicated in the table below.

Students must have 30 transferable hours to be considered.

Claim your University ID, Download Microsoft Authenticator, and Activate your Student Email

Meet with your advisor – At this time you will discuss degree plans and register for classes. You can request an advising appointment at choose.tarleton.edu/advising.

Complete your FAFSA and Scholarship Application – These applications will give you all your options when it comes to paying for college.

Submit your final college transcript – If enrolled in courses at the time of admission, you must request an updated college transcript to be sent to us.

Submit proof of Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination – Required only if you are under 22 years old.

Am I TSI exempt? – Find out at choose.tarleton.edu/trftsi.

Pay Tuition – Tuition is due 7 days before classes start, not at the time of registration.

Apply for Housing – Required for students transferring with less than 30 credit hours.

Pick out your Meal Plan – Meal Plans are billed per semester and added to the tuition bill.
