SECURE YOUR CAMPUS HOUSING

For most incoming freshmen, living on campus is required the first year. If you live within 45 miles of the First Year Residence Options Stephenville campus, you may request an exemption. Housing assignments begin in mid-October for students that have completed the housing application and paid the housing deposit.

COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION OR

EXEMPTION REQUEST through myGateway using your Tarleton UID and password or the Tarleton mobile app.

Select the DuckTrax tab

Choose the Student Housing tab from the menu options to access the Student Housing portal  Review the application links and select the appropriate application period

Complete the contract process

SUBMIT $100 NON-REFUNDABLE HOUSING DEPOSIT

This deposit will be credited toward your total housing cost on your tuition statement but must be paid prior during the application process. Your payment may require 3-5 days to process depending on the payment method.  PAY ONLINE with credit/debit card: Submit your payment online after completing the application using the student housing portal on myGateway  PAY IN PERSON by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card: Cashier’s Office inside the

DINING ON CAMPUS

Tarleton’s Dining Services offer a wide variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on campus! Your meal plan includes dining dollars that can be used at any of the dining options on campus. Other forms of payment are also accepted.

17 MEALS, $400 DINING DOLLARS

17 meals per week (7 days) in dining hall, $400 dining dollars for dining retail on campus, 5 family and friend meals per semester, and a bottomless mug (default plan)

12 MEALS, $400 DINING DOLLARS

12 meals per week (7 days) in dining hall, $400 dining dollars for dining retail on campus, 5 family and friend meals per semester

$2,234 PER SEMESTER $1,954 PER SEMESTER

If you do not choose a meal plan during your housing application process, you will automatically be assigned Meal Plan 17.
