“We are very different in a lot of ways, but that can be helpful when we come together,” explains Irene. “We have the same vision but often have different thoughts on how to get there.”

Brigette adds, “Our mother-daughter dynamic enhances our problem solving abilities. My mom is an incredibly hard worker who is great at compartmentalising, while I tend to be more level-headed, offering another point of view. Together, we make a great team.”
