Breaking Ground on the New Shop

Site prep is well underway for the new Taplin shop and maintenance facility in Kalamazoo The massive 41,000 square foot facility is anticipated to be completed and in operation by early 2024. The landscape behind the Kalamazoo office is changing by the day!

The Winston Salem UI crew took advantage of a beautiful Sunday afternoon and took over the picnic table/barbecue area to participate in some team building Chef Mitchell cooked up some burgers and dogs Yolanda showed us a new card game to which I believe she won (how convenient!!) and the old guys attempted to teach the younger guys how to play cribbage Folks in pictures: Yolanda Scott, Mitchell Taplin, Ryan Brown, Tristan Oberlin, Deon Thomas and Danny Butterfield. -Steve A

Jay Guilliam & Rodger Franklin - Questioning the procedures for a Mercury job

Yolanda Scott, Ryan Brown & Jeremiah McLean - Yolanda felt threatened by a stranger and called for backup Ryan and Jeremiah came over and asked the individual if he needed something, then the subject left Looking out for each other!

Craig Henriksen - Craig wrote NL report for front door unlocked, lights on and no one inside the building. Door people were last to leave day before.

Danny Butterfield & Jeremiah McLean - When performing LPO overhead power lines had been reviewed prior to starting the work by employees.
