San Antonio - Round 3 of Lime Removal
Round three of lime removal from the 54" water line in San Antonio Crew was able to remove 20 tons (yeah, you read that right!) of hardened lime. Crew restored the pipe back to 100% capacity. A day in the life of a Taplin mechanic Shout out to the guys that keep the wheels from falling off (quite literally!) Shilo Towery repairs a rolloff Justin Kramer doing diesel engine work. Tim Conwell fabricating doors on a rolloff to help increase productivity.
Inaugural project for glwa Crew was tasked with removing flowable fill from 300' of 10" pipe in a tunnel under the plant. Crew: Mitchell Taplin, Carlos Mayo, Jamil Short, Jay Guilliam and Jason Oberlin.
