Spring Break is just around the corner, and as the weather warms up, our golf course is awakening from its winter slumber. The greens, thanks to the effective use of covers, are thriving even more than last year at this time. We're very happy with these results!
With Daylight Savings approaching and longer days ahead, we anticipate an increase in activity on the golf course, leading to a higher demand for tee times. I kindly request your assistance in maximizing tee sheet availability for your fellow members. It has come to our attention that sometimes a foursome is booked when only two players intend to play. Alternatively, complete tee times go unused without any notification to the golf shop, making it challenging for other members to secure a tee time. Here's how you can contribute:
1. Only book tee times for the actual number of players participating.
2. If you foresee a tee time going unused or the number of players decreasing, please call the golf shop to cancel or adjust. Alternatively, you can use the member app for this purpose.
*Note: We are exploring the implementation of a "No-Show Fee" to be applied to the member's account for each player who doesn't fill their reserved tee time.*
Your cooperation is invaluable, and we want to ensure that golf remains accessible to those members eager to play. For those who prefer not to be paired up, such as twosomes, we will always strive to accommodate your preferences.
