A 10 session program of developing habits!
The series will be facilitated by fellow Member Kenne Woods, whose goal is to coach others and provide insight to help us all achieve our goals and live a strong and healthy life. Each Class will be on a different topic and be hosted by different medical or sports professionals! A 30 minute Q&A will follow
For session 5, April 4th, Theresa Schultz, LMSW, will be speaking about the dangers of stress and how to manage it!
For sessions 6, April 18th, Brooke Thompson LPC will be speaking on the topic of mindfulness and the effects it generates.

Tapatio Ladies
The Tapatio Ladies Book Club meets monthly from September through May for a book discussion.
The only woman ever to represent Texas in the United States Senate, Kay Bailey Hutchison has been a trailblazer in the Lone Star State.
