Welcome Our New Executive Chef Eric Macintyre

We are excited to introduce our new Executive Chef, Eric Macintyre. He brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to our team. Chef Macintyre has worked across some of the most prestigious properties in the hospitality industry, including chef roles at Marriott South Beach, Hyatt Lost Pines Resort, Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk as well as independent hotels. Eric grew up in San Antonio where he started his culinary career. He moved to Miami and then Austin, where he was able to utilize his experience in fine dining to develop trendsetting menus for hotels & resorts in the area. Eric’s leadership style is rooted in fostering creativity, teamwork, & sustainable practices, ensuring that each dish served exceeds expectations. He has a proven track record of transforming food & beverage operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, & developing dynamic, locally-sourced menus that highlight the best ingredients available. He’s known for his ability to engage and inspire teams, and his dedication to creating memorable dining experiences has earned him accolades in all the hotels & resorts he has worked in. We look forward to the exciting culinary experiences Chef Macintyre will bring to our property and are thrilled to have him on board to lead our kitchen with passion, expertise, and innovation.
