Thank you for joining us in to find a cure for Parkinson's disease. Many of you know Sean or have been touched by someone battling Parkinson's disease. Sean was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease when he was 38 and has been battling it ever since.

As a college athlete9 University of Montana football), his mindset is keep going strong until the end of the game. His determination, grace and positive attitude are constant reminders to his Tapatio neighbors that life is worth living and fighting for.

As Sean's PD progressed, he underwent Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery in June 2020. Two months later, he joined Tapatio Springs Resort and began playing golf with the Men's group, almost every day.

Although he stumbles and fumbles, Sean keeps things in perspective by maintaining meaningful relations with friends and family. Despite the gravity of Parkinson's he manages to keep his sense of humor as he understands his disease is not going away. He encourages anyone struggling with any disease to stay strong.

We hope that together we can work towards finding a cure and help those struggling enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We can do this with a fun golfing event, attracting golfers and corporate sponsorships building momentum to bring us closer to a cure.

In our inaugural year, Swing Strong 'Til It's Gone donated $30,000 to Michael J. Fox Foundation. 86% of the proceeds go towards high-impact research and development.
