2 THE BOMB BURGER
Bomb Street, Angel Fire This former Taos food cart turned Angel Fire food truck is known for its tacos — but the Bomb Burger might be the real explosion. Made with locally sourced Pacheco Ranch beef, which hails from a family operation emphasizing regenerative agriculture since the 1800s, the burger features Tillamook cheese, grilled onions, bacon, iceberg lettuce and tomato between Saint Pierre brioche buns. Hand-cut fries complete the experience. Owners Danny and Gandhi Cortes launched Bomb Street on Bent Street before taking their flavor show on the road to Angel Fire. Their burger is a taste of Taos away from Taos — and worth chasing around the Enchanted Circle.
