Savannah is a luxurious eco habitat which has been intricately designed to give its inh lifestyle. Club Savannah is a 2.2 acre clubhouse, thoughtfully designed around a gran activites. While designing Club Savannah, special emphasis was given to create various spillout spaces for every built space. The party lawn acts as the core of the campus to facilitate various activities and events. As one enters the clubhouse, they get to see the pool villas with a lush tropical backdrop, automatically transporting them to a calmer and greener ethos. At the entrance, a farm cafe has been made to encourage farming and selling of local produce within the community. Two multipurpose halls have been provided to accomodate for events. The villas and cocktail decks fringe the pool, and act as entertainment and relaxation spaces for its residents. Earthy tones and materials have been used to instill a sense of tranquility within the space.

Located in Manipal, this house is a modern take on the traditional courtyard houses seen within the vicinity. For a family of 4, the various spaces have been appropriately arranged around the courtyard. This dwelling incorporates sustainable strategies like passive cooling, making use of locally available materials and native plant species.
This house has been built around the courtyard and planned with respect to the micro and macro climatic conditions of Manipal. Sloping roofs and large overhangs have been placed to combat heavy monsoons. Since Manipal experiences hot and dry summers, a courtyard helps in passively cooling the house while also serving as a common space for the family to entertain.

Earthy tones and shades of black have been used to blend in with the context. Usage of exposed materials like wood, concrete, steel and stone add to the character of the space by virtue of their unique textures. Native plant species used, aid in reduction of water use for irrigation and help in lowering temperatures during summers.
The main goal of this design is to create living spaces that enable constant engagement of users with the outdoors, thereby making the best of what the site has to offer.

The main aim of this redevelopment project is activate the seafront area in Bolar into a mixed use and sustainable waterfront. This waterfront consists of various facilities like restaurants, parks, sunset decks and a formal boat building setup. This development is done to promote tourism, recreational and leisure opportunities for localites and tourists in Bolar, Mangalore.

This zoning has been done to improve accessibilty, promote recreational and leisure activities, highlight Mangalore’s heritage and promote ecological sustainability.

Boat building yard is a proposed retrofit project that replaces the existing informal set up to highlight Mangalore’s fishing and boating culture.

The brief of this project was to work on a plot of land around the residence to create a serene modern outdoor space for the young couple to entertain and relax with family and friends. Various interesting features and materials have been used to make the outdoors more engaging and vibrant.

This logo represents Bizzit (A startup that makes smart business cards) in the simplest way. The arrow signifies the simplicity in transferring contact details from a Bizzit card to a smartphone.
