FOBISIA Gymnastics 2026 was a fantastic way to kick off the competition season, bringing together 28 schools from 6 countries and over 570 athletes for an exciting weekend of gymnastics. This year's competition was hosted by Dulwich College Singapore, TEEMS Global and held at The Yard.
Tanglin Trust School was proudly represented by 87 athletes, from Year 2 to Year 10, competing across WAG Levels 2–8 and MAG Levels 1–4. For many, this was their firstever competition, and they handled themselves brilliantly, showing confidence, composure, and great team spirit throughout.
Tanglin delivered a strong performance across all levels, finishing with an impressive medal tally: 19 Gold, 35 Silver, 26 Bronze!
A great reward for the athletes’ hard work and preparation.

ACSIS 10&U and 11&U Football
A huge congratulations to our Junior footballers who have been taking part in the ACSIS football league this term. We entered teams in both the U10 and U11 categories - twelve teams in total played across the season which demonstrates the fantastic development within our Tanglin Lions football program.
Our students have been training since the beginning of the year and very much enjoyed playing weekly matches and continuing their development within training sessions. Their commitment to developing new skills - from passing and positioning to communication on the pitch, has been a joy to watch.
With four girls teams across the two categories and 8 boys teams, football continues to flourish here at Tanglin. We are incredibly proud of the progress every student has made and the positive spirit each student brings to every session.

February: Merlions
MERLIONS ROAR
We hosted Merlions Roar on 30 Jan against GESS and SJII at our very own pool. The energy and atmosphere of 100 12&Under kids under one roof was simply amazing. This kicked start our racing season and it was great to see many personal best times being broken. The friendly competition has brought on new friendships and happy faces when medals were given out to top 3 of each event in their respective Age Groups of 9-10 years, and 11-12 years.
Special shoutout:
Individual gold medallists were Monty, Stellan, Emma, Felicity, Garrick and Rory, with Ophelia D bringing home a Silver.
