(S) - Small Share, (M) - Medium Share, (L) - Large Share
This key indicates which share sizes get what produce. Different share sizes will often receive different produce. We will vary what goes into the share each week to spread the bounty equitably to all members.
There are times when mother nature puts a kink in our plans, so while we can't guarantee that all of these items will be in your share, you can expect to see most of them and sometimes a few extras.
Add-on’s this week: Baker’s Field Good Wich

Sweet summer treat Eat raw on a salad or as a snack or add to a sauce for fresh burst
Peel, cut on bias, toss in rosemary, EVOO, S&P Roast @ 400 until fork tender

Wrap in foil with S&P and EVOO Roast until fork tender @ 400. Let cool and the skin peels right o Perfect roasted beet!

Zucchini M,L
Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick planks and tossed them with some EVOO, S&P Grill them over medium-high heat, ipping once, until charred and tender, 3 to 4 minutes per side

Summer Crisp Pears

One of my favorites of the season! Summercrisp is a cold-hardy, early-season pear that has been introduced by the University of Minnesota for use in cold climates. It is best to be eaten while the esh is rm and crisp
Sweet Corn

Lots of ways to enjoy but I still love my Sweet Corn, roasted with butter and S&P
Bell Peppers

Stir fry them, roast them, add them to soup or salad, pickle them, slice them thin and dip them in ranch or beet hummus from Wise Acre

Our Supper on the Farm is by far our most magical event of the year. It is an evening full of festivities including a grand tour of the farm in which you can see where 80 - 95% of the food at Wise Acre is grown as well as meet our beautiful herd of Scottish Highland Cattle, turkeys, heritage breed pigs and chickens. Following our tour you are invited to sit down to a beautiful multi-course farm-inspired dinner prepared by the talented culinary staff from Wise Acre Eatery.
Every Farm Supper offers something new, but is always pure magic. Come experience the very best of what we have to offer in the idyllic setting of our Farm.
