We are offering those who love to come to the theatre on a regular basis, two ways to save and get additional benefits. Plus, when you subscribe or become a member you go into the draw for a chance to win a ‘Stay and Play’ prize courtesy of CH Boutique Hotel .

1SUBSCRIBE A Subscription Package suits those who like to have similar seats and plan ahead. You are required to pick your performances and dates at the time of subscribing. That way you know what shows and performances you have picked and most importantly, you’ve secured the seats you like. Pick 5 or more Season 20/21 events to become a Subscriber.

$How Much To Subscribe? The price of a Subscription Package is determined by how many shows you attend. You must pick 5 or more paid shows to access the discount and once you’ve selected your shows online, the system will tally it for you. A transaction fee of $5.50 will apply.

?How To Subscribe? New Subscribers - Go to evtam.sales.ticketsearch.com and click on the Packages link. Remember to log into your account first. You can also use the tick box on page 56 and call or bring that into the Box Office and one of our staff will assist you with your Subscription Package purchase. Season 2020 Subscribers - If you already have tickets to a show that was moved from 2020 to 2021 then you don’t need to purchase those again. In fact if you were a Season 2020 Subscriber your benefits have been extended until 50 30 November 2021. All you need to do is log into your account to access the subscriber price for new events in 2021.

2MEMBERSHIP This option suits those who don’t know what they may be up to during the year. With a membership you pay an upfront membership fee that gives you access to discounted tickets and other benefits. A member is entitled to purchase one ticket, per performance at the discounted price. So, if you are regularly attending with a family member or friend you both need a membership to access the discount.

Once you have purchased your Membership the discounted prices will be available to you and you can purchase at anytime prior to the general public. 2020 Members - If you already have a 2020 Membership then your benefits have been extended until 30 November 2021. All you need to do is log into your account to access the member price for new events 51 in 2021.

Special Seating Requests

Should wheelchair access or special seating be required, please contact the Box Office.

Sitting with a Friend

If you have friends who are also subscribing or becoming a member then you will need to call or come into the box office to organise to sit with them.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers and Members are entitled to one free exchange per event subject to the following conditions: • Exchanges must be made by no later than 3pm on the day of the performance • Ticket exchanges are subject to availability - so if you need to exchange your tickets please do so at your earliest convenience • Additional exchanges incur a fee of $5.50 per ticket • If exchanging for another event with a higher price, you will be charged the difference.

If exchanging for a lower priced event, a refund cannot be issued • Tickets are non-refundable

Additional Subscriber Guest Tickets

Subscribers can access additional tickets for themselves, friends or family members to any of your chosen performances at a Subscriber Guest Price. These can be purchased at the time of booking or at a later date. Tickets booked at a later date may not be able to be seated with your original booking.

Concessions

Entertainment Venues offers concession prices. These are available to valid cardholders of Centrelink Pension Card, NSW Senior Card, Tertiary Student Card and School Student ID card.

Gift Voucher

An Entertainment Venues Gift Voucher makes an ideal gift for Christmas, a birthday or special occasion. The recipient has the flexibility to choose performances, dates and times. Gift Vouchers are available in varying amounts online or at the box office. They can be used for subscription or single ticket purchases. Purchase your Gift Voucher and slip it into our Season 20/21 booklet. All the recipient needs to do is pick their shows and redeem using the voucher or purchase individual shows. You can purchase Gift Vouchers online and set a date to send them directly to the recipient.

Group Bookings & School Group Bookings

Group Bookings are available across most Season 20/21 events. Prices are indicated in the General Public Price column on page 54. School Bookings of 10 or more are also available for most events. Accompanying teachers receive complimentary tickets with all school group bookings sold.

Ticket Booking Dates

2020 Subscribers and Members have a priority booking period from Thursday 26 November to 4pm Tuesday 1 December 2020. New Subscriptions and Memberships processed from 10am Wednesday 2 December 2020. Subscription bookings close 4pm Thursday 21 October 2021. General Public (GP) Tickets on sale approximately 10 weeks prior to each event, see page 56 for details. Please note that due to COVID-19 shows that were rescheduled to 2021 52 are already on sale to the general public.
