Greetings TamFam!

As we approach the opening of Tamarack’s 2022/2023 winter season, we are thrilled for you to see and experience the major improvements we’ve invested in since last season. Most notably will be the Seven Devils Taphouse and The Ski and Gear Valet. The other big news is that we are kicking off the season with more snow than we’ve experienced since Tamarack’s 2004/2005 inaugural season. Here are a few details that we think you will find useful.

Opening Day - December 9, 2022

Seven Devils Taphouse Soft Opening – December 16, 2022

What does a soft opening look like? It looks like an amazing array of beverage service only which isn’t too shabby given the 40 taps available on the new beer wall and a full menu of craft cocktails.

Seven Devils Taphouse Grand Opening – January 9, 2023

The grand opening will include full menu service which will have items like smoked chicken wings, brisket sandwich, pulled pork, cornbread, and smoke house chili, just to name a few.

1. Donnelly is known as the crossroads to recreation, what would you say is your favorite way to recreate?

My family can always be found outside, we do it all. In the Winter we ski, in the Spring/Sumer/Fall we are hiking, and Summer time we soak up the lake from behind a boat.

2. Where would we find your favorite view point in Tamarack?

The walking trails in the summer are what really capture me. It’s so quiet so I enjoy hearing the birds, take in the blooming flowers and feel grateful for the opportunity to enjoy the nature.

3. What advice do you have for anyone looking to sell or buy right now?

If making the move is what you have been dreaming of, do it. Hesitating because of the economy or interest rates will not make a difference to you 5 years down the line. You can always refinance but you may never have the opportunity to make the move.

4. In your opinion what’s the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today? I love the hidden/secret pantry’s

5. What would you be doing if you were not helping people buy or sell homes? I would own and run a boutique hotel. I love working with and serving people.

6. What book are you currently enjoying and would you recommend it?

The Comfort Crisis, Michael Easter. Yes, absolutely. It challenges you to look at your health and happi ness in a different way.

7. If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I’m a glutton for carbohydrates, I’d love to eat Pasta everyday.

8. What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

Spend more time connecting with others and less time feeling like you have to work.

9. Winter is here, so what are some of your favorite (and least favorite) winter traditions?

In the winter my kids and I hang lights, decorate trees in the nature with fruit, seeds & nuts, and create feeders for the birds and small animals. We find joy in the snow and take every opportunity to get out to ski and sled.
