Heathcote Gin is one of Australia’s best-loved and well-respected premium craft gin brands, located in the heart of regional Victoria.

The drawcard to Heathcote was the region’s unique, 500-million year old Cambrian soils, responsible for producing some of Australia’s best-loved shiraz wines. To think of the botanicals that could be grown in those soils, and the flavours that might evolve in our gins intrigued our creative minds.

Creating a regional gin is about more than just another gin in a bottle. It’s the journey of exploring local botanicals, the discovery of what may lie on the region’s doorstep and how this discovery may become an exciting opportunity to share something special beyond the local Heathcote community.
