Who We Are!
The Weisdorf Group of Companies Inc., doing business as PCF Souvenirs - The Postcard Factory, is a leading publisher, designer, importer and distributor of high quality postcards and souvenir products across North America. We take pride in the high quality products we offer, which are all based on our own exclusive designs.
Company History
PCF was founded in 1981 introducing the first 5” x 7” high quality postcards to the North American souvenir market. We soon expanded our line to include calendars, books, key tags, magnets, ceramics, glassware, apparel, and many other souvenir items.
The Company’s geographic scope covers major cities and resort areas across Canada the USA, Mexico and the Caribbean. PCF currently offers products in over 100 different markets. American Headquarters are located in Orlando and Canadian Headquarters are located in Toronto.
The Company’s Custom Division was created to satisfy those customers who wish to have their own designs produced for their stores on a variety of products, or to have the PCF Creative Department develop exclusive artwork and products for them.
For several years PCF has had an Imprint Program. This program gives our customers the opportunity to customize a variety of items with their local town or city name, but maintain lower quantities than full Custom purchases. This catalogue is designed is a North America-wide Disney licensee.
We count among our customers some of the major tourist, airport and resort retailers including CN Tower, Willis Tower, Statue of Liberty Gift Shop, United Nations Gift Shop, Mt. Rushmore, Seattle Space Needle, Kentucky Derby and the Toronto

POLICIES
Custom Division Policies
Custom work is defined as product that is “make and ship” to only one customer. The product is produced for a specific customer at their request, and all the finished goods are shipped and invoiced.
Please call our Customer Service at 905-477-9901 or call your local sales rep.
Unders: All custom work is subject to a quantity variance of +/- 10%. This variance applies to all products. That means, if a customer orders 5000 postcards, we guarantee to ship between 4500 and 5500 postcards. Similarly, if a customer orders 1000 rubber magnets, we will ship them between 900 and 1100 magnets. The customer will be invoiced only for the quantity shipped.
Terms: Orders from new customers must be accompanied by a credit application as well as a 50% deposit of the estimated purchase amount, along with a signed and confirmed Purchase Order. Balance of the payment is due upon delivery of the goods. We accept cheque, VISA and MasterCard. Custom goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All Custom Orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. In other words, the customer will be charged for shipping the goods from our warehouse to their destination. When we receive the custom product request, we will confirm by issuing a Custom Order Confirmation (COC) that will include the cost of the goods.
Approvals: PCF will email a digital proof of the artwork to the customer for approval. If changes are required, the customer will email us back with the request. If the changes are due to a PCF error, the changes will be made at no charge.
If PCF has supplied artwork adhering to the original instructions given to us and the customer requests additional changes, additional art charges may apply.
All time-lines provided in this catalogue are to be used as a guideline**. All time-lines are estimates and may vary throughout the year. Time-lines are based on timely receipt of all appropriate information, images, art, logos and deposit from the customer.
On average, it takes PCF 5 to 10 business days to provide the customer with the requested artwork. Time-lines may be impacted by delays in artwork approval from the customer. Once the customer has approved the artwork, PCF will issue a COC (Custom Order Confirmation) with the estimated delivery date for the goods.
**Some of the production process takes place overseas and can be impacted by delays related to Chinese New Year.
Copyrights: All designs in this catalogue as well as designs created for custom work are exclusive to PCF Souvenirs. Reproduction of this art in any format is forbidden and illegal.
Digital Submission Guide for Artwork related files
Acceptable Digital Files:
1. Please refer to the individual items in the catalogue for the required file format.
2. All logos are to be provided in Adobe Illustrator EPS file format OR as a LAYERED Adobe Photoshop TIFF file at 300 dpi 100% or larger than final print size.
3. Please assure that the fonts used are either provided or outlined.
4. Please make sure that the files are provided in a CS2 or later format.
Other Miscellaneous Information
some of our customers require the goods to have a UPC label for tracking purposes. Please let us know if you will need UPC codes for your goods; otherwise we won’t set them up. If Customer requires their company UPC code or other codes, it must be provided right away. it can be printed together on the UPC sticker. If you need a Retail Price printed, please provide us with the details with the order.
3) Freight Estimated Cost : customer pays the shipping charges from our warehouse to their destination. For the purpose of estimating the freight costs, use 10% of the order dollar value.
4) Estimated Delivery Date :
a) Local Production Items – approximately 45-50 days after final art approval
b) Overseas Production Items – approximately 180 days after final art approval.
