Product & Service Information
• Jewellery items attractively gift boxed. Display cards, gift stories and display stands for merchandise supplied at no charge.
• We have instructed all our jewellery metal findings suppliers to use only Lead, Nickel & Cadmium Free materials.
• All our abalone shell used in our jewellery and giftware is obtained from government regulated, managed fisheries; no wild abalone is disturbed. The shell is actually a by-product of a food fishery.
• We attend all major trade shows and have sales representatives in most areas across Canada.
• All products marked with our style number, UPC Bar Code and PRE-PRICED AT RETAIL.
• Usual Shipping time is 1 – 5 working days from receipt of your order.
• MINIMUM ORDER is $300.00 WHOLESALE for all orders – initial orders and repeats.
• RETURN POLICY – All claims for shortages or breakage must be approved before any credit will be issued. Call immediately upon receipt of your order (1-800-561-5800) if there is any discrepancy/damage in your shipment. No credits will be issued if we are not notified within 10 days of shipment.
• CREDIT POLICY – First orders are to be pre-paid with your Cheque or Visa / Mastercard – WE DO NOT SHIP C.O.D. Open account status will be established only after we have received and checked at least three (3) trade references from your regular gift shop suppliers.
• Initial orders must be over $500 to request credit terms.

• Locating close to public transit reducing reliance on the automobile to commute to work.
• A new, more energy efficient HVAC system was installed and all heating / lighting systems were put on timers to reduce energy use. All systems are powered off when the building is vacant except for security.
• We use filtered city drinking water to avoid the waste of plastic water bottles or the delivery of drinking water by truck.
