KARBON self storage is a new Self storage brand created by EQT Exeter – a leading global alternative investment manager with €84bn in raised capital and AUM of €75bn across multiple strategies. They are currently looking at multiple sites across Greater London and key UK commuter towns.

Threesixty Architecture have an established relationship with EQT Exeter & KARBON, working on a number of new build and extensions across London, as well as assisting in the creation of the KARBON Brand Concept. The KARBON concept goes a step further than the standard self storage buildings incorporating affordable light industrial units int he ground floors to increase employment opportunities and activate the street in the urban contexts.

In the last year since joining the Self Storage design and delivery team, I have developed multiple site feasibilities for Karbon Self Storage in London and taken three proposals through the planning process with the design team after the adquisition of the sites.

Karbon Self storage in Watford is now on site. The Bermondsey & Brentford proposals are now validated through the plannign process.
