The Pepper Pot is located in a converted Ironworks at the back of the Paragon School House Building in Elephant and Castle. It is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with a lofted bedroom over the kitchen. It is located within walking distance from popular destinations such as Bermondsey Street, Tower Bridge, Borough Market and the Tate Modern, and even has a view of the Shard.
The Paragon School is located on Searles Road in Southwark, named for the architect Michael Searles who had built the original school in its place in the late 1700s. The current school building was built in 1900 after the original was demolished. The Ironworks in the back were formerly used as artist studios prior to being converted to flats.
