At the prestigious Mission Gala Con, I had the privilege of speaking as a Real Estate Development industry expert, representing The Malbrue Group (TMG).
During my talk, I shared how TMG has helped our clients gain a strategic edge in Georgia’s political and development landscape by assisting with permit approvals and navigating complex challenges. It was an incredible opportunity
to highlight the strategies and expertise that have positioned TMG as a leader in the field, while connecting with fellow industry professionals and inspiring collaboration within the real estate development sector.

We were honored to support Planned Parenthood Southeast during their Advocacy Day. Our team conducted an in-depth lobbyist training session, providing participants with the skills and knowledge needed to advocate powerfully and effectively. In addition, PPSE engaged directly with legislators, fostering impactful discussions on critical legislation and advancing meaningful advocacy efforts.

THE 2025 LEGISLATIVE SESSION IS HERE!
Mark your calendars— January 13 marks the beginning of a pivotal moment for our state as the 2025 Legislative Session of the Georgia General Assembly kicks off! This session signals the start of a new two-year legislative
cycle and sets the tone for impactful decisions shaping Georgia’s future. With the slate wiped clean, all legislation introduced in 2024 is no longer active, paving the way for fresh proposals and bold new ideas.
This year, 20 new lawmakers will join the ranks in both Chambers, bringing new perspectives and energy to the legislative process. Here’s a quick look at the key initiatives expected to take center stage during the session:
Governor Kemp’s Focus Areas: Tort Reform: Examining civil litigation issues, including premises liability, based on recommendations from the tort reform study committee.
Hurricane Relief Package: The much-anticipated aid plan will be critical during budget discussions on January 21-24.
State Budget: A careful review of Georgia’s $36.1 billion budget will determine allocations for the year.
Other Priority Topics:
Transgender Sports: Expanding discussions to include proposed legislation impacting colleges.
Election Laws: Revisiting election certification processes for potential reforms.
Gaming: Sports betting is gaining momentum in the state, with a recent Metro Atlanta Chamber poll revealing that 63% of registered voters support the initiative.
