Blending past and future, Progressions is a collection of hand-knotted rugs created in Nepal, evoking the changing light and sweeping landscapes of the Himalayas through and ultra-modern graphic lens. Steeped in tradition but pushing boundaries in complexity of design, Progressions uses woven grids of luxurious fibres including hand-spun wool, silk, cashmere and mohair to ethereal effects such as pulsing visuals, dynamic gradations and subtle pattern play. Neutral backdrops, including a flush sunset spectrum, are energised by compelling designs and bursts of colour ranging from mint and neon yellow to scarlet.
