C.T.I. Traffic Industries Co. Ltd.

C.T.I. Traffic Industries Co. Ltd. has been marketing across the five continents and focusing on piston rings for almost a half-century. It recently launched a new product line focusing on lithium-ion battery applications. This new department delivers new energy solutions, specifically power battery applications for vehicles, buildings, general public use, and industrial use storage and backup systems. C.T.I. has obtained the world’s first UL1973 12V/5Ah IC certification.

C.T.I. developed a unique 12V-24V AutoSensing Jump-starter that offers compact auto scanning and sensing, and anti-short circuit features. Patents and CE, FCC, PSE and UN38.3 certifications have been acquired for this system that is primarily used as an emergency starter for vehicle applications, such as on-road, off-road, agricultural and industrial-use heavy-duty trucks, etc.

This system has a long idle time and protection from leakage or impacts on battery performance when stored in any place at any position. The system comes with an overriding function when the battery pack storage level has fallen to zero, and also has reverse-polarity protection to ensure user safety.

Another new product is a fuel saver, Green Power. It shortens vehicle response time and improves fuel efficiency by reducing oil consumption by up to 10%, which also reduces carbon emissions. CE, FCC, PSE and UN38.3 certifications have been acquired for this product.

MicroJet Technology

Allremote specializes in wireless-application products and a remote-control searchlight product range, with more than 30 years of market experience. With access to the newest technology, we are able to develop and manufacture products to meet current market demands.

Allremote will be presenting its 220S and 970SL Remote Control Searchlights at this year’s show — two of its newest models as well as the most popular products in its entire searchlight product lineup. These searchlights can be installed on vehicles or boats for searching, rescuing, and any situation where sufficient light is needed.

These LED lamp heads provide high output — 220,S 460,000cd and 970S,L 350,000cd — wired and wireless on/off controller, light beam direction, and adjustable movement speed. These two models also have patented 360 continuous rotation and auto return-to-home features. Its user-friendly operation and installation design bring a whole new lighting experience to users.

CURIEJET®P750 ADAS AIR MONITOR SENSORS HELP WITH SAFER DRIVING

The CurieJet® P750 air quality sensor — the world’s smallest and thinnest — can be embedded into smart cockpits, car displays, dashboards, GPS satellite navigation systems, tablet computers, speed warning devices, heads-up displays (HUDs), car audio and video hosts, invehicle infotainment, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and electronic control units (ECUs). It can even enable the car’s air conditioning filter or air purifier. When the external circulation mode of the car’s air conditioner is turned on to improve ventilation, the CurieJet® P750 can verify whether the air-conditioning filter needs to be replaced or if a car air purifier needs to be installed to achieve extremely clean air quality.

The CurieJet® P750 Particle & Gas Sensor, measuring only 29x29x4.9 millimeters, is the world’s smallest allin-one air sensor with only 0.0625% the volume of other sensors. P750 uses laser light with Mie scattering to measure particulate matter (PM)2.5, PM10 and even PM1.0. P750 also integrates the BME680 Environmental Sensor that can detect volatile organic compound (VOC) gases, show ventilation status and sense barometric pressure for weather or altitude changes. It also detects ethanol and may be developed as alcohol breathalyzer or drunk driving prevention alarm system.

The A06 USB-powered PM2.5 & VOC Air Monitor is the world’s smallest PM2.5/ PM1.0/PM10 air pollution detector. It is also the only USB air quality tracker that can detect PM2.5/PM1.0/PM10 near a user’s nose.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

AUTOMOTIVE CAMERAS

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced in 2014 that it would be mandatory for new cars manufactured after May 1, 2018 to be equipped with a backup camera. As a result, these cameras are in high demand.

Common types of automotive cameras include rear view, side view, front view, surround view, lane offset, obstacle identification, raindrop detection, and night vision cameras. The information collected through these cameras is processed by the vehicle’s central processing unit (CPU), therefore enacting active and passive safety functions as well as applications for self-driving cars.

In addition to having a modular design, optical characteristics and image software adjustments, each camera produced by Hushan has undergone 359.5 hours of laboratory testing for various vehicle regulations, providing products with high quality, high reliability and a competitive market price.

PARKING SENSORS

Automotive manufacturers have taken the lead to further improve safety levels by using ultrasonic sensors installed on bumpers. Common passive functions include low-speed obstacle detection, parking distance detection and integration with camera images to mark obstacles and help drivers avoid dangerous situations.

The development of products set ISO-17386 as the standard, and the analytical test in reversing must fully comply with the detection definition and response time in different directions. The complexity of the algorithm is very challenging in research and development, and it is an indispensable part of self-driving at low speeds.

Hushan is the only manufacturer in the world to be certified in parking cameras and parking sensors.

TAILGATE HANDLE WITH METAL UPGRADE

The tailgate handles of pickup trucks and commercial vehicles have high usage and need to be frequently replaced when broken. Hushan aims to address this issue by providing a better option than original equipment (OE) design. Instead of the OE plastic handle, Hushan is upgrading the handle with metal. Hushan also provide lifetime warranty for its metal upgraded handles. We strive to provide a more reliable, better appearance and quality metal handle than the OE design.

Hardrace

This year, Hardrace is going to introduce a series of suspension and chassis reinforcement kits specifically for the GR Yaris that promise to offer the ultimate performance and driving pleasure for this pure driving machine.

The RC tie rod ends will correct steering tie rod geometry on lifted and lowered cars. The adjustable design allows precise adjustment to accommodate different ride height settings.

The steering rack brace stiffens up the mountings on the subframe. Both of them provide significant improvement in steering response and accuracy.

The sway bars reduce body roll and offer great stability at high-speed cornering. They also change the car’s oversteer and understeer characteristics to help achieve your ideal suspension setup.

The camber and toe kits are made of high-strength steel alloys, featuring camber/toe adjustment function to suit various driving conditions and improve handling performance. They are available with both hardened rubber bushings which feature superior durability for daily drives and pillow-ball bushings that provide ultimate solid and precise response for more track-oriented use.

Chassis, steering and alignment are the three main objectives Hardrace focuses on in developing reinforcement parts. One of the most important aspects of these characteristics is the design of the suspension and steering systems. Suspension geometry is defined as: “The angular relationship between the suspension, the steering linkage and the wheels — relative to the road surface.” The suspension geometry for any given vehicle is a result of the chassis design and it is also one of the key technologies of the vehicle engineering. In order to precisely calculate suspension geometry and further improve the performance of the vehicles, Hardrace utilizes the most advanced equipment and the most experienced development team to analyze and design every one of our products for every different cars, promising to deliver highest-quality products and the best driving experience to you.

This is ideal for bleeding the brake system and hydraulic clutch system. A special brake bleeder socket with check valve prevents air backflow into brake system. A ratchet wrench with multi-size socket makes loosening and tightening easier. It includes a 1-meter silicone tube so it’s easy to collect the discard of waste oil. • Inflatable high-pressure sprayer (JS-1018 & JS-1017): This tool is a new environmentally friendly product to refill pressure with a universal valve stem, thickened aluminum canister for long life, and ergonomic trigger design for easy operation. It’s ideal for detergent, lubrication, rust-cleaning, brake system cleaning, anti-rust, washing parts, etc. and has a two-function design for easy operation. A long nozzle is suitable for narrow and tight spaces, and a universal valve stem provides easy-to-flow air pressure. In recent years, due to the impact of climate change, there has been an increase in global awareness of environmental protection and improved and green energy products have been continuously promoted. The research and development (R&D) team is also committed to the development of related products, improving the recycling rate of products, reducing resource waste and environmental damage, and developing carbon-reducing products, such as our inflatable highpressure sprayer. Jieh Jia will be presenting its SIMOTA High-Flow Air Filter, SIMOTA Aluminum Intercooler Pipe, and ATTC Forged Monoblock Brake System at this year’s show.

The company has the capacity to manufacture more than 50,000 air filter, air intake, intake pipe, and turbo pipe products per month.

As far as the technological advancements in its product line, the company’s SIMOTA High Flow Air Filter combines 3D weaving technology and strong iron mesh epoxy coating— which can withstand high-speed engine pressure of 100-700 horsepower without deformation. The result is: Greater airflow, more power, improved engine performance, and better fuel consumption.

An ISO 5011 test report shows that SIMOTA high-flow air filters trap up to 96.9% of dust to ensure engine protection.

SIMOTA stock replacement filters are designed to install easily into the OE air box, with a service life of 30,000 to 50,000 kilometers. Simple and easy maintenance can be performed with an air-blow gun and by using the SIMOTA air filter cleaner and oil kit for even better cleaning.

SIMOTA Aluminum Intercooler Pipe is made by 3-D reverse engineering, using a laser scanner and an automatic tubebending workstation. After road testing, SIMOTA aluminum intercooler pipe can significantly increase throttle response, improve both low- and high-speed shifting shudder when turbocharging, and reduce the effects of the original equipment (OE) plastic pipe breaking apart or incurring turbo-lag.

The aluminum alloy turbo pipe is lightweight, lets the engine breath and has the advantage of fast heat dissipation. It can improve the power output of turbo engines, with quicker acceleration to boost vehicle performance.

The ATTC-forged monoblock brake system is created with high-end technology and a unique design style. The high rigidity and strengthened caliper framework upgrades the brake system, providing optimal braking performance. As shown in the MIRDC test report, ATTC calipers can withstand 45.5 tons of tensile strength without deformation or cracking. Drivers can enjoy a more comfortable and satisfied driving experience both when racing and during everyday road use.

Double-Sided PE and EVA Foam Tape

This product has good cohesion and temperature resistance, with PE release film as the substrate. It is suitable for use in outdoorrelated work, but also for use in automotive applications, such as the adhesion of car protection (anti-collision) strips, and the adhesion of glass photo frame strips. It provides good adhesion and initial tack, and good shock resistance. It is suitable for general adhesive purposes and can be fixed and joined to flat or uneven surfaces.

Double-Sided Tissue Tape

Printed liner has superior adhesion and holding power. It also has high initial tack, with good adhesion to different applications. It is resistible to all climates. It is suitable for electronic uses such as nameplate, pad, leather and all the splicing/lamination of plastic film and foam. Similar to Nitto#500 and 3M #9448.

Double-Sided Film Backing Tape

This product is MOPP release film. It offers superior adhesion, high initial tack, lowtemperature resistance up to minus 20, and is suitable for all kinds of PVC stripes and different nameplate applications. Similar to TESA#4965.

Quitewin Technology Corp.

FOCUS ON QUALITY, PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY

Based in Taiwan and founded in 2004, Quitewin Technology Corp. (QTC) understood the future for batteries and started with its own patent and technology for a batter capacity detection circuit.

Based on this patented technology, QTC developed the “battery interrupt system:” the anti-theft device with low-voltage disconnect called “BatteryGuard.”

We use multi-order filters to provide a maximum 70-decibel isolation. • For the modularized design, it can meet customer requirements quickly as well as reduce the development design schedule and the cost. • For the matching design (inside of the amplifier), it can help customers improve antenna sensitivity and reception effect.

UIL FU (CENTRAL) has obtained the highest level of IATF16949 certification for auto parts and is exporting to Europe, North America, Central and South America, Japan and the Middle East for more than 50 years.

UIL FU (CENTRAL) considers that the products have to be suitable for all kinds of harsh weather and road conditions. Through global service feedback, we collect environmental data of local roads. SAFETY CHECKS

For your safety, UIL FU (CENTRAL) checks all quality products shipping to clients with very strict standards: • CSC and FENG HSIN STEEL, the two major steel companies, forge the raw materials for UIL FU (CENTRAL) brand products. • Teflon is added to the inner sleeve of the ball joint, and a knurled design is added to strengthen the contact surface between the outer diameter of the ball head and the iron plate frame, making it firmer. • All bearing shafts are subjected to hardness quenching and tempering heat treatment. • The rubber boots are made of CR-enhanced material (cold resistance up to -50 degrees and heat resistance up to 130 degrees). • We use Japanese lubricating grease for our ball joint (cold resistance up to -40 degrees and heat resistance up to 130 degrees). The control arm’s surface is treated with a reinforced, anti-rust powder coating. • All electro-deposition paints are compliant with the EU RoHS specification, and we received the SGS certification for them. • The welded sections of the stabilizer links are subjected to a 90-degree bending failure test for each batch.

TIK Piston

TIK Piston is one of the largest piston manufacturers in Taiwan. Although the electric car is the future trend, in the short- to mid- timeframe, we feel the aftermarket around the world will still have a demand for engine repairs.

As a way to provide O.E. standard quality assurance, TIK Piston has passed IATF 16949 certification since 2019 and TS16949 since 2006. We never stop improving ourselves so that customers can do business with us without ever having any worries about product quality.

In addition, TIK Piston keeps investing in the performance market to demonstrate the ability to boost the engine from 200 horsepower to approximately 1,000 to 3,000 horsepower. To be able to achieve this goal, TIK is working with forged pistons to satisfy the market demand and modifying the piston from general usage to performance.

Having new products available to meet current market demand is also crucial for us. Currently, we are having to meet more than 3,000 different engine applications to fulfill global demand.

The engine parts kit — a special offer for our customers — includes the liner, piston, piston ring and pin, bush and clip. We pack them in the same manner as the original parts. TEDSCO is a world-class company that has been in business for 21 years. We have the largest product coverage — more than Bosch, MAHLE, Federal-Mogul and the like. We work with big-brand distributors as our strategic partners. Initially, we worked with them as a second line but now have become their major lines.
