Book lovers will enjoy being part of this intimate experience, held over two days, with awardwinning authors, poets, adventurers, scholars and more. SPEAKEASY is a mini festival with a smaller audience capacity, programmed to run at the “red” level. We encourage all avid readers to book their tickets early, as limited tickets are available, and settle in for a weekend of ideas and conversations celebrating the written word in fiction and non-fiction forms. We look forward to bringing this event to New Plymouth and reconnecting with our festival audiences after the challenges that COVID has presented over the last year.
