What is the VET in Schools (VETiS 2026) Program?
Funded by the Queensland Government through the Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET), the VETiS 2026 program covers training fees for VET courses that are aligned to jobs and skills in demand, putting secondary school students on a path to employment and further VET opportunities.
Participation in courses funded through the VETiS 2026 program is free for Years 10, 11 and 12 students (whilst still at school). This doesn’t exclude students from completing other training through their school or by paying for a course with a training provider. Eligibility requirements apply, for further information visit dtet.qld.gov.au/training/providers/funded/vetis
