Tactic was founded on passion, on a way of living sport and life: with proximity, commitment and respect for well-made work.
From the beginning, we didn’t simply want to make apparel for athletes. We wanted to express a way of living sport.

Behind every Tactic garment are fabrics, patterns, testing, refinements, and more than 25 years of expertise built within our factory in Girona.
Since 1998, we have been developing and manufacturing technical apparel for cycling, running, and triathlon. Every day, around 1,000 garments pass through our factory. But experience is not measured only by volume. It is measured by the way every decision is made.
Before approving one of our key bib shorts, we tested 33 prototypes. This same level of commitment is applied to our custom projects: understanding the purpose, selecting the right product, refining every detail, and manufacturing with care and expertise.

For us, customization is a conversation that begins long before the design phase and continues until the garment reaches the person who will wear it.

That is why we work closely with every client: listening to their needs, understanding what the project should represent, and how it will be used.
This way of working is also reflected in our factory.
In 2018, we redesigned our facilities around a simple idea: opening up the process.
Offices and production connected through glass walls, shared spaces for the team, guided factory tours, and a factory store that allows visitors to see where every garment comes from.
That is why we work through dialogue, reviewing and refining every project step by step, with care and attention to detail.
