Our approach makes Tactic unique. From the very first sketch to the final piece, we develop every concept in our factory in Girona. Our streamlined process delivers efficient and tailored results. Together, we produce over 30.000 jerseys a year.

FABRIC CUTTING
On the cutting table, we layer several layers of fabric to be cut according to specific patterns. The patterns are optimised to minimise waste.
PRINTING AND DESIGN TRANSFER
The design is printed on paper first on big rolls of paper. These rolls are then placed in the transfer machine where the design is transferred by sublimation onto the fabric.
STITCHING AND FINISHING
The finished pieces are stitched into the final product and after each product is individually checked in our factory we are ready to send out your new custom kit.

Signature is the product of technical mastery, with a seamless highcompression race-fit. Extensively developed with high-quality fabrics and innovative methods for genuine results on the bike. All jerseys are made with recycled fabrics and available with different types of sleeves.

LINE Features a customisable band at the leg end, with options to add logos or illustrations using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing on areas with solid coloured fabrics.
STAMP Made with solid coloured fabric, allowing single-colour logos or illustrations to be applied via DTF.

At Tactic we’re aware of our impact on the environment and aim to reduce our footprint where possible. Our new line of customisable products has been made with exactly that in mind. The majority of the new products have been made with fabric with recycled fibres, and we’re working on adding more products with recycled materials to our line-up.
Apart from working with environmentally preferred materials, we work with materials sourced from providers located close to our Girona-based factory. Working as well with stitching ateliers located closely to our factory we aim to reduce the distance our product has travelled.
We’ve partnered with Decathlon Ford Racing Team to provide cutting-edge clothing. Some of the world’s best riders now face the world’s most technical courses, bringing Tactic to the start line with them. Expect to see bespoke patterns, enhanced fits and one-off editions throughout the season.
With the aim of reflecting the passion for La Cerdanya, at Tactic we have created this customized project for Pertot, the group of stores that live for and by the mountains. The result: high-performance equipment to take on the memorable routes of this corner of the Pyrenees.
