OUR SERVICES
Braille Menus:
• Accurate transcription following Braille standards
• Main section in UEB Grade 2 Braille, double sided.
• Children’s section in UEB Grade 1, double line spaced and single sided. This distinction ensures clarity for younger readers, as Grade 1 Braille spells out each word letter-by-letter, while Grade 2 uses shorthand contractions to save space.
• Produced on 160gsm paper.
• Print Carbon Copy: A printed copy of the Braille menu, which allows sighted members of the party to assist in guiding the Braille reader through the menu.
Large Print Menus:
• Printed on yellow 80gsm paper with black ink, using the N36 font.
• This format benefits not only individuals with visual impairments but also older customers, children, and those with reading disabilities such as dyslexia.
Format:
• Both Braille and large print versions will be provided in an A4 booklet format, comb-bound with a laminated front and back cover for durability. Your branding and design will be incorporated on the cover pages.
