Scholarships at Toowoomba Anglican School are designed to attract talented students who will enhance our educational programs and positively contribute to our school culture. We offer five types of scholarships: Academic, Sports, Performing Arts, Boarding and All Rounder. These scholarships, typically funded by the school, are available annually for a limited number of students entering Years 7 and 10.
A limited number of scholarships are available to both day and boarding students entering Years 7 and 10 in 2027 Scholarships are merit-based and are offered on the conditions of:
A successful interview with a member of the Executive Scholarship Panel; Current and past achievements detailed in a Cover Letter and Resume; Performance in the Edutest Scholarship Examination; Audition results in the case of Performing Arts scholarships; and Willingness to actively participate in and contribute to school life.

3 Referees – the names and contact details for two relevant referees (Note: list on Resume)
Participate in the scholarship examination on Saturday, 21 February 2026 and attend an interview with a member of the Executive Scholarship Panel
Short-listed applicants will be invited to attend an audition on Saturday, 21 February 2026
Audition Details:
1 Students should prepare two (2) contrasting pieces that showcase the strongest aspects of their ability
2.If students have (two) 2 or more areas, they should prepare one piece for each area
3 Music Students may be asked technical work appropriate to their level of ability Music students will also be given aural tests appropriate to their level of ability
4.Music students must provide music for the provided accompanist or can perform with a backing track that does not include their part All students will be given a short interview as part of their audition
5 Students are very welcome to bring their own accompanist

Scholarships provided will reduce the base tuition fees and will not cover additional costs such as laptop hire, GPL Levy, extra curricular fees etc.
The scholarship is valid from Term One 2027 until the end of Year 12, contingent on ongoing compliance with the Scholarship Conditions listed below Recipients of a Scholarship must:


1.Maintain a consistent standard in scholarship area.
2.Uphold and enhance the school’s ethos, values, and traditions
3 Adhere to the terms and conditions of enrolment.
A student can only receive one school discount at a time (this extends to the Family Fee Cap). If a student is awarded and accepts a discount of higher value, the previous discount will be forfeited.
A student may be considered for more than one type of scholarship, however only one scholarship will be awarded This offer is conditional upon a successful enrolment interview Scholarship offers are made at the discretion of the Principal and are non-negotiable and confidential.
All scholarship recipients are required to provide media consent, allowing the school to use their name, image and achievements for promotional and publicity purposes.
