A team of the Swiss Federal TV SRF made a video documentation for the SRF format 10vor10. Focus of the documentation is the potential of social media use to promote SRH education amongst young people, feedbacks from South African test users as well as an interview with the founder and director of taboobreaker. (The date of the telecast has not yet been set)
FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE DHW HERE taboobreaker will participate in the Digital Health Week (DHW), organized by Transform Health, again this year. This time taboobreaker’s participation will take the form of a hybrid symposium with and at the University of Cape Town. The symposium aims to present the topic "Why an app for SRH education?" to an interested audience, both from people from UCT involved in the Love Land study and people from the scientific advisory board of the taboobreaker association. This event is aimed at interested people and organisations from the fields of SRH education, HIV prevention, digital health, education, social work, psychology, child protection, foundations, potential corporate partners world-wide, as well as potential foundations that could fund the app.

In order to further develop our app and to provide a sustainable business model over time, we are in contact with several foundations in the field of SRH, digital health and education. The whole program of Love Land will be steadily extended with more topics, improved content and further languages.

Acquisition of corporate partners
In order to implement a sustainable business model, we are looking for corporate partners (e.g. hygiene and condom brands, health insurance companies) to engage them in paid brand placements, sponsored and discounted products and services for our app users.
