Triangle Stock Farm Welcome to our 9th Annual Bull and Female Sale at the farm. It is with great excitement that we have moved the sale home to have our own video sale in the comforts of the cattle being in their pens. With growth and change there will always be firsts, so with the changing times we have put together what we feel is a strong set of bulls who will definitely have an impact in the beef industry, as we have been breeding Simmental cattle for 30+ years. Thank you to all the buyers and bidders over the years that have supported our program. The resiliency of cattle producers has again gone unnoticed this past year, as it seems we all become stronger under challenging times. As I write this I cannot say enough about the resiliency of these cows and calves, as many are calving in these cold temperatures. It is the strength and determination of survival that these cattle and us producers endure to grow the cattle business. We have teamed up with T Bar C Cattle Co. Ltd. as our sale management team and DLMS to provide our online video sale. This year’s offering is strong once again with a great balance of calving ease, performance and predictability backed by cow families that run deep. We have been striving to produce functional beef bulls that will add value to our customers replacement pen, as well as added weight and value to the steer pen. As one goes through this year’s catalogue, I think we have put together a group of Red and Black bulls that will definitely step up and fit into any herd. The cows do all the work until weaning and at that time they are pail fed a textured ration alongside free choice hay and green feed. These bulls are in the condition we like to have for fertility, breeding and longevity. New this year is the addition of a select group of purebred heifers, all heifers are halter broke ans super quiet. We have a couple of Brimstone females and a Whiskey heifer to showcase, as both these walking herd sires have done a great job in the bull pen and we believe these heifers are a great addition to any herd. The black heifers will definitely catch your attention with their eye appeal and proven pedigrees. An opportunity to capitalize on some females, who will definitely be the ones in the future to put bulls in the pen. Another great addition to our first on farm bull and female video sale is the opportunity to showcase some great bull customers of ours who have supported us for years. Both the Sandsbraaten and Branden families have outstanding Simmental influenced cow herds and have brought a select group of fancy Simmental X commercial open heifers to the sale offering. Feel free to contact them with any questions you may have prior to the sale. All bulls and females will be at the farm sale day for your appraisal. Videos will be available a few weeks prior to the sale and all will sell in our heated barn on sale day via video. Please feel free to use the services of T Bar C Cattle Co. Ltd. for order buying or any assistance you need as they have been through the bull and heifer pens. Mark from DLMS will also be on site sale day and can be of assistance. We look forward to seeing you sale day or you can join us online through DLMS. We welcome you to look through the cattle prior to sale day, as the coffee is always on.

Jan. 20, 2019 This embryo bull is perhaps one who could really impact the breed as a heifer bull with his smooth profile and genetic makeup. We have a full sister in production and is hard to fault and a Whiskey daughter in the replacement pen. Off the 488T cow who is the granddam and great granddam of 31G - Lot 2 and 57G – Lot 3. His sire, Deuce (full brother sells as Lot 4) we knew, from a young age, we would utilize his genetics and we are very pleased with how his bulls have been accepted, his females are in production and are the right type as there are many throughout the catalogue. Have a look here as he will be one to reckon with. Balanced, moderate frame, soggy made, lots of hair and full of character. Gestation 284 days / Homo Polled / Non-dilutor

Gangster is full of ideal qualities for all of us in the beef business. Study his pedigree and EPD profile, as it is impressive. He is loaded with thickness, ideal muscle pattern, length of spine, soft made with presence of a herd bull. A well balanced bull that catches your attention and will sire consistent top end progeny. Going back to the 6C dam of Lot 2 and 488T dam of Lot 1. Definitely a bull we think highly of and will be using in our herd as he will be a heifer bull phenom.
