T BAR C
Bigger and better than ever, the Cooper family welcomes you to their state-of-the-art facility to appraise a set of bulls as good as anywhere in the entire country. The Balamore brand of cattle is a label that consists of quality, customer service and in volume with a cowherd that rivals any across the land. This year’s pen of bulls are bred for profit and poised to be an enhancement in your operation. The 4 breeds represented within the offering are organized breeding matings that have been developed with longevity in mind, but more importantly, manufactured to add pounds at weaning and be instrumental in your own breeding outfit. The Charolais cattle here are internationally known and locally respected. Just venture through the Charolais cows here, I promise you quality as good as anywhere. The Limousin section was the beginning here at Balamore and to this day is the go-to place for the highest quality in the breed. Last year’s bull sale proved that. The Simmental section is the one gaining all the momentum as this growing portion of Balamore has excelled into a great option for high end genetics. With brothers to the $41,000 bred last fall, pay close attention here. ‘Course the Angus division has been heavily influenced lately and has become known for superior achievements with multiple herdsires working in purebred programs. To conclude, Balamore is a place of business and a sale experience different than most. Always obtaining a huge crowd with hospitality and views like none other in the continent. So please make every effort you can to come to Great Village. If you’re unable to attend, please don’t hesitate to contact any of the staff or myself as we are all in good knowledge of the Balamore brand.
See you there,
BEN WRIGHT

TO PREVIOUS BIDDERS & BUYERS

Charolais THE

The Charolais side of things this year is a little different than in years prior, and while we still have that strong Powermax influence throughout, most of it has started to come from the maternal side of the pedigrees. Our best kept secret up to this point has been the SCM Double Overtime herd-sire that we found in the mountains of Montana, Marv & Chico Stipe have been breeding for generations and have created a herd of cows that is not only great in quality but also unique in pedigree. We encourage you to take a good look at the resulting sons from this meat machine and while his EPDs have not caught up to this point we are confident that they will continue to skyrocket as they get evaluated against there contemporary groups. The proven sires of Frontier, Lonestar, Rugby, Badge and Whitewater are all cut from the same cloth of what we look for in a Balamore bull and this group of Charolais bulls is what the industry demands to supply the very top of the stocker cattle pyramid.

Angus THE

With a conscious effort to bring our Angus program to the next level we feel we have made huge strides and are very proud of our best group of young herd sires in the worlds most popular breed. The coming 2-year-olds have the stature, frame, and muscle to be true cattlemen’s bulls. The Growth Fund cattle have also impressed us with there square muscle shape and performance characteristics. We have a big profiled Gatsby son that reinforces our belief that getting in on the ground floor with him was a big move forward, as well as a more moderate and maternal grandson of the great Bravo. These cattle are versatile and strong and whether you are needing to throw a calving ease bull in a heifer pen, keep quality and thickness in your feeder cattle, or make a herd of strong maternal mothers we feel that this group can do whatever you need and look good doing it. When shopping for your Angus sire, please consider this group of studs.

Simmental THE

We have heavily invested in the Simmental breed over the last few years and the results are evident. First up is a red blaze faced 2-year old who is as thick and masculine with as much red meat as you can pack into a stud bull. The outcross Blagg Revolution has left us with a group of ¾ bloods that have the length and structure that is always in style. The most evident son in this group is a big-time natural son of our 2126K donor and who is a maternal brother to the $41,000 Balamore Mystique 406M. Trailblazer is still getting utilized heavily and for good reason, they are good and thick. Other highlights include a stout Next In Line son, a typey red baldie Dabo and a beast of an ET son of Bold Ruler and whose dam is RPlus Swayze’s full sister. We are big believers in Simmental and Sim influenced cattle and they’re use inside the industry! Take a look!

Limousin THE

This year’s calf crop brought lots of excitement with the emergence of 2 new sires Landslide & Legendary to take on the next generation of red cattle as well as the black hided Kerosene whose first daughters took the Shoreline by storm. Repeat proven bulls like Hickory, Endeavor, and History Maker still continue to hold true while outcross options like Knockout and Karaway are great alternatives for loyal Balamore customers. We encourage you to take a look at the F94L results and choose accordingly. A bull with 2 copies will make your calves the thickest at market and some of the most sought after. Limousin were our start in the seedstock business and these bulls are the kind that we have strived for from the beginning to produce. Our commitment to the breed and to the value these bulls bring in a commercial setting is at an all time high and we are very excited for what quality stock this next generation of Balamore Limo bulls will produce!

PLAN YOUR NEXT MARITIME ADVENTURE!
Although it was the rousing success we hoped for, in our opinion the best part to come out of the 2025 Shoreline was the introduction of the best consignors in Canada. These liked minded cattlemen not only hold a high standard of cattle breeding but most importantly are great people. If you are in the Maritimes for a junior show, work, or a vacation and need your cattle fix please, consider visiting anyone in the Shoreline group.
