THIS IS OUR INVITATION TO ALL LIVESTOCK ENTHUSIASTS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE TO JOIN US FOR OUR 28TH ELITE SALE EVENT.
We are pleased and proud to have worked with these outstanding and progressive breeders since day 1, it is the loyalty to their customers, loyalty to their community and loyalty to the breed that has propelled their programs to such an elite level. Their high-quality programs have not come by chance, but by generations of selection, customer requirements and just good “cowboy logic.”
Bred to suit most environments and requirements that the breed has to offer, the programs represented are competitive in nature, dominant in competitions large or small and have been bred to fill all requirements their customer base has asked for.
Each years these breeders enhance their programs with fresh new genetics that add value for all their repeat purebred and commercial customers who appreciate the value of Polled Herefords in their breeding programs.
Sunday, October 19th is an opportunity day in Arcola as we are aware of the shortage of breeding females and the projected future of the livestock industry. Many individuals are entered at the fall shows and you can be sure that they will earn a ribbon or end up in the winner’s circle.
The lineup of breeding stock that will walk through the sale barn at Blair Athol is outstanding and exciting,
whether you are looking for a front pasture foundation female that will have donor potential or a cut above 2025 model slated to be an asset for you, your son or daughter. Your hosts have been avid supporters of junior Hereford movements. In the early years Duncan and Val lead the charge of involvement and now Jeff and his family have taken the torch with outstanding success.
Feel free to visit any of these operations prior, to review their contributions or just give them a call, they all love talking Polled Herefords and will give you straight answer.
Plan to be with us on “Super Sunday”, it will be a great afternoon for fellowship and Polled Hereford opportunities.
- CHRIS POLEY
WOW… I can’t actually believe I’m selling this one. Since day 1 she’s been really well liked around here. Tipsy is named that way because I think when she hits the show ring there will be need for a couple cold ones in celebration afterwards at each and every show. This one is made right, and colored right. She is striking in appearance and when you get behind her you will love her muscle shape and stoutness. These Gambles look productive to me. I think the future is bright here. Entered at Canadian Western Agribition.
Jackson is real tough to pry anything away from him to sell, but I convinced
one go. The 9th heifer in a row out of 5C. I think the only way I
him to sell this one is that he retained 6 of her daughters
to
Double bred Rimrock here. Lots of days I question if this might be the one I should be keeping to build a cow family around. Her bottom side of her pedigree contains some of the most productive cows we’ve ever owned. Longevity and udder quality will rise to the top really quickly with this one. The productivity she offers is exciting and the way she’s built might make for an exciting summer in the show ring too!!
Command out of “Freckie”. Freckie was purchased from RSK a couple of years ago by myself and Anita, when she was their high seller. She exceeded our expectations with a great bull calf on her first try and Jezabel on her second lactation. The cowboys will like this one, plenty of rib, muscle and performance makes her hard not to notice.
Owned with Anita Doktor
Always a favorite. This big middled, wide based heifer will drop an udder to die for. Rimrock/Excaliber and granddaughter of the great breeding 17E cow. Bred to PCL 4013 Kingsman ET 49K on May 22nd then exposed to him. Due to Calve March 2nd/2026. Owned with Erinbrook Polled Herefords.
I really like this Excaliber daughter. She’s big and bold, the kind that herd bulls come out of. We have several Excalibers in production and we like every single one of them!!
Exposed to Blair Athol
5 Star 171L May 20th to August 20th. Preg check indicates Mid March due date. Owned with Percyview Land and Cattle.
Bred to NJW D287 Daybreak 95L ET on April 19th and then exposed to him. Due January 28th/2026.
If you study pedigrees and our program, this one is going to check some boxes. She carries all of our recent favorite bulls in one package. With Patent, Rimrock, Heater, and Diablo up close, I think you should bid often and hope everyone else quits before your budget runs short!!
Exposed to Blair Athol 124E 5 Star 171L May 20th- August 20th. Preg check indicates end of February or early March due date.
My pick of the bred heifers. Anyone who owns a Rimrock knows what their potential can be, and those of you who don’t have one yet, I recommend making sure you’re the last one with your hand in the air. Trace is as attractive and as complete as I can make one. Her mother is out of a really consistent cow family here and has as perfect of an udder as we’ve seen. I’d make a big wager this one will be really popular at calving time no matter where she ends up. Bred to NJW 73E D287 Daybreak 95L ET on May 3rd, then exposed to him. Due to calve Feb. 11th/2026. Owned with Casey and Jill VanKessel
Bred to
D287 Daybreak 95L ET on May 16th then exposed to him. Projected Calving date is Feb. 24th/2026. Owned with Stephen and Shawn Griffin.
Miss Purr-fect 20M offers a little extra growth and is fault free in her design. Dam has a near perfect udder and did a great job with her first Lactation.
Bred to Blair Athol 223F Tarzan 47J on May 4th and then exposed to him. Due Feb.12th/2026.
Benchmark daughter is one that makes me take a second look every time I go through the heifers. Lots of femininity with muscle expres
One of the Kingsman 49K daughters and he sure stamped them the same! We don’t know which one is the best, and look forward to seeing which one is the most popular. This one is really big middled and easy doing and still looks sweet and cowy from head to tail. Buy with confidence.
Exposed to Blair Athol 223F Tarzan 47J May 23rd to August 10th. Projected calving date is March 1st/2026.
13K MAJOR 101N BAR-RZ 909E HEIDI 85H
Big powerful female. Our youngest Bred heifer but you would never know. Northwest 74K was used in a cleanup role here and now works for Gary Moore at Esterhazy. Cow family is one of the best, tracing back to the Bar RZ Heidi 85H cow.
Bred to NJW 73E D287 Daybreak 95L ET on April 29th and then exposed to him. Due February 7th/2026.

If anyone has ever heard of our best cow family, here is a Connie. She is a long bodied, deep sided, tons of hip, super correct, sound, and will drop a spectacular udder as her dam and the 9 other Connie’s we have all have beautiful udders and tons of milk. I cannot say enough about her, let alone her dam JJAC 1J, now a donor cow here who gets better every day it seems like.

This young heifer is a real cool, clean fronted heifer with about as much red and pigment as you can put on one. This heifer does so many things right, good footed, smooth made, attractive and looking to drop a real nice udder. Really well made moderate framed heifer that’s so hard to fault. Study this ones pedigree and you’ll see why.
Pasture exposed to JAC 1K Monsoon 4M from May 12 to August 15, 2025. Preg checked safe estimated due date late March. This one was A.I. to Churchill Amsterdam 247K on April 24 but preg check favors the pasture exposure.
This very attractive Brady heifer is one you’ll want to check out. There’s a lot of maternal in this pedigree. A maternal sister sold to Medonte 2 years ago.
Pasture exposed to Roselawn Gunsmoke 13G 7K from May 9 –August 12, 2025. Preg. Checked to calve early March.
This soggy long spined heifer shows a lot of promise. She is goggle eyed, lots of depth and natural thickness with a nice udder coming. Her grand-dam 11E is a top donor cow at Roselawn.
Pasture exposed to Roselawn Gunsmoke 13G 7K from May 9 to August 12, 2025. Preg. Checked to calve late February.
Roselawn Shauna 34N is the kind of female you notice right away. This Oshoto daughter is feminine through her front end, yet bold in her depth and capacity. She’s built right from the ground up. Structurally sound, level topped, and carrying herself with style. Backed by the proven Haroldson’s Myra 18F, this embryo heifer blends pedigree power with eye appeal that demands attention. And be sure to check out her great EPD numbers — they only add to the value she brings. She’s tested and free of all known defects and diseases.

Stampede sure caused a stir at the Churchill dispersal. His mother selling for over $200,000 and he himself bringing $200,000. This is a great opportunity to get semen out of one of the most talked bulls.
This is our first Proud female to offer at auction, and she is a part of one of our most succesful flushes to date. There’s a group of full brothers that are very impressive! Marvel 36N is long bodied with a beautiful hip and hind leg. I love her head and the beautiful female look that she possesses. Her mother has been our most prolific donor and always produces at the highest level. A definite donor in the making here!
Here is a pair of younger Oshoto females out of Marvel 12B. These heifers are certainly well balanced with a beautiful hip design and both plant down on a lethal hind leg. I think these heifers will be super competitive in the show ring and turn into tremendous yearlings. The power in the blood will definitely ensure endless breeding opportunities here.

These two Marvel females are a part of a very successful flush. If you’re wanting to add a new donor or just a highly productive female to your herd, then be sure to study this pair of heifers.
