SALE CONSULTANTS:
The
I was once told by a very successful, self-made man, “in life many are called but few answer”. He was referring to the fact that life presents many opportunities, but those opportunities are not always recognized or taken advantage of. This sale is named “Opportunity Knocks” and has certainly lived up to that name. In the previous five sales we have seen many females that have been highlighted in this catalogue go on to not only influence the program that invested in the opportunity but also are influencing the projection of the Angus breed. These consignors have offered up their very best, giving you the opportunity to introduce elite cow families into your own program. We have seen twenty-five-thousand-dollar flushes return more than a quarter million dollars in progeny sales and we have also seen females that sold below the sale average turn into influential donors. As you study this catalogue remember that every lot was entered with careful deliberation to ensure that it was in fact creating an opportunity for you, the buyer. Our hosts Kevin and Darren and their families and crew at Blairs.Ag have literally scoured the earth to source genetics for their program. They have combined these outcross genetics with some of the most proven cow families both red and black. The results have simply worked, and we have seen that time and time again in their program and their successful bull sale but also in the programs who have answered the call of opportunity. The crew at Blairswest has long been known for reputation commercial cattle and produced highly sought after replacement heifers that were the talk of Agribition for decades. They have taken those fundamental values that built that program and reputation and have built an incredible purebred program that has quickly became one people pay attention to. Baxter and his parents Craig and Chara don’t make it on volume, they have focused on elite quality. They have built their program around some cornerstone cow families that offer unparallel consistency, giving them huge success in both the show ring and the real-world cow business. No program has had more success in the show ring than Wilbar in recent years, highlighted by their multiple Supreme Champion wins last fall. This family run, multi generational operation has stood the test of time and each generation has taken it to the next level. The best indication of that is not only the multitude of banners that line their sale barn walls but the record selling bulls and repeat customers that fill the seats at their bull sale. Westbrook Ventures are the stewards of the Simmental division, Jordie and Luke do a phenomenal job with this program. Jordie was born and raised in the Simmental business and has been a passionate student of the breed her entire life and the results speak for themselves.
This is your invitation to be with us on December 15th to enjoy some great hospitality and fellowship but more importantly your call to answer when you hear and see Opportunity Knocking! Call any of the consignors to learn more about how these opportunities were created. If we at T Bar C can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact any of us. We are familiar with the programs and the offering and take great pride in helping you open the door to your next opportunity.
P.S. Plan to stay for supper after the sale… it’s amazing!
-Chris Poley

Opportunity Knocks is truly one of the most aptly named events in the business and you better check the door again for 6.0! When 5 progressive programs get together with a shared vision and dedication to excellence, the results are absolutely cool. Industry impacting. Exciting. Whatever descriptor you prefer, the past 5 events have set the bar and the tone that special cattle and genetics are offered annually and this is an event you don’t want to miss. From the livestock to the people to the hospitality, this is one to mark on the calendar to attend or be part of from afar.
Opportunity Knocks 6.0 is a large and deep selection of the best Angus, Red Angus, and Simmental cattle and genetics that these programs can possibly offer. Each year the group digs in to keep the interest and attention of the industry and 6.0 does that in spades. The live cattle are always special and this 2025 offering builds on the famous cow families you have seen over the years. But to also have the opportunities presented in the genetic offering and the sires and donors that have built these programs is very neat. One way or another, you are given options to invest into these special, proven genetics and also to follow where these breeders are headed in the future.
We absolutely encourage you to join us just south of Lanigan, SK on December 15th to experience the quality firsthand and connect with the outstanding breeders behind the cattle. On top of the sale, it is an exceptional season wrap up event to enjoy the Christmas party atmosphere and community fellowship. If you’re unable to sneak away from home, our team at Bohrson Marketing Services is familiar with the offering and we are proud to offer trusted, knowledgeable assistance in helping you make confident and successful Best regards,

WILBAR SUSIE 30Z
When asked who our favorite black cow is, it’s kind of like getting asked who your favorite kid is. We have a few favorites but Wilbar Susie 879H always makes the short list. She is proud and striking in her appearance. Big barrelled, great feet and udder but what we like most is her production record for a young cow. She has indexed an impressive 107 on her first 4 calves. Her first calf sold through our bull sale to a long-standing commercial customer, the second was a sale feature heifer calf in Opportunity Knocks 4.0 selling for $26,000 to Murray Ranches the third was a $17,000 sale feature bull this spring also selling to Murray Ranches. Her fourth calf by Baldridge Badger is maybe her best effort yet, she is one of our favorites this year. We don’t often sell flushes but felt like this cow was worth sharing in hopes she can make a positive impression in your herd too. 879H has been flushed once and produced 22 #1 embryos.
Guarantee of 6 embryos with no top.

•SARITA, SARITA, SARITA!!!!!
•The Sarita story has been exciting to be a part of and Sarita 518N is another chapter that is just getting started.
•Blair’s Carlos 547J Sarita 518N is a full sister to the $50,000 Sarita 553L that sold to Ken & Stan Friesen two years ago in Opportunity Knocks and has matured into a beautiful donor with a gorgeous udder.
•Expect her to garner a long list of friends while at Agribition and again on sale week.
•Owned with Carlos Ojea Retaining 50% embryo interest.

•I am going to start with the comment that this female checks a shit ton of boxes.
•She is huge ribbed, big hipped, monster boned and has a super nice skull structure.
•Every year we learn things as we evaluate the previous crop and the significant learning for 2025 is that if you have powerful SAV Resource daughters, you need to breed every single one to Blair’s External Law.
•On a side note, the full brother to April 504N is equally as cool and will be exciting to watch develop.
•Many of you have seen the April 51F dam at Murray Ranches and can attest to how awesome she is in person. Selling a full 50% interest with no possession.

Want to talk about a tough decision? For us here at Blairswest, it doesn’t get much harder than offering up the choice between these two royals—or for the buyer whose name is called when the hammer drops, deciding between A or B. These two females truly capture the essence of our program: eye-catching from the side with that undeniable presence and style, yet powerful, bigboned, and structurally sound, with cow-making potential at the forefront. Blairswest Erica 77J is the $300,000-valued female now residing at ZWT Ranches in Tennessee, and anyone who’s toured there will tell you she’s become a cornerstone of their herd. Ellingson Badlands may be a relatively new sire, but his early results have been outstanding— his sons lit up the 2025 bull sales, and the first daughters are calving this spring with excellent reports. This could very well be the last opportunity to acquire a direct Erica 74A heifer calf—so now’s the time to capitalize before it’s too late. Call for details.

We couldn’t think of a better way to give you the opportunity to own the first Spring Cove Grant female in Canada. Backed by two exceptional cow families and sired by the $1.8 million SAV America or the proven female maker Coleman Charlo, these heifers combine rib shape, length of body, and a soft, attractive hair coat with strong, promising feet and leg structure. When we purchased the Canadian semen rights on Grant 200K, we used him with full confidence— and these two heifers are a perfect testament to why. You’ll also see Grant-sired bull calves featured in our second annual Blairswest Bull Sale on March 19th at the ranch.

Spring Cove Grant 200 K SIRE OF LOTS 10 & 11

Everyone who has an Erica & 74A daughter in their donor pen love to talk about their story & success. Jenna Loveridge maybe has the best story about how Erica 63J came to be and I would encourage you to ask her directly. Take not that a full sib to Erica 63J sells as Lot 6.This big bodied Erica granddaughter will be easy to find on sale day and comes with an extra shot of bone. Erica 505N is the result of embryo’s we purchased at CWA from JJL.

Mayflower 109N is balanced in her structure, deep flanked, bold in her rib, long spined and ultra feminine through her front end. She is a daughter of Musgrave Dexterity, a bull doing so many things right here at Wilbar. The Dexterity daughters are incredibly deep bodied, broody and all have perfect teat placement. We can’t wait to calve his first set of daughters this spring. 109N comes from our highly productive Mayflower cow family. Her dam is typical of rest, big bodied with a gorgeous udder. The maternal granddam 751G is one of the herd favorites to all that have toured. You’ll also find Countdown on the bottom side of this pedigree making the dam of 109N a paternal sister to the cow featured as Lot 3. She didn’ want to give us her ears in the wind on picture day but come see her at Farmfair & Agribition - it’ll be clear why we think this one is so special.

There is some big-time cow power in this heifer’s pedigree. Her dam was purchased out of the Poplar Meadows Herd Reduction Sale. She is a full sister to what many say is the best son of the immortal Natural Law, PM Executive Decision. A maternal sister to the dam 87K produced the $200,000 valued Coleman Double Down. On the sire side we’ve got Wilbar Reality Check 137K, a son of maybe our favorite donor ever in Mayflower 507B. Reality Check will infuse muscle, and base width into his progeny. We are anxiously anticipating his first daughters to calve this coming spring. They are big middled, easy fleshing type females just like their sire. If you like broody cows, Blossom is going to work for you.

Here is a heifer we love for her big middle and smooth attractive look. She is possibly the biggest ribbed calf we have in the sale. Her gentle nature makes her easy to handle. Pride would make the perfect junior show heifer or turn her out to pasture and watch her develop into a beautiful production cow like her Bismark dam. The Stamina 112F females are have awesome udders and do a great job raising a calf all while maintaining good body condition. This is Owen’s heifer. I’ve asked him multiple times if he is sure he wants to sell 128N and even offered to buy her, but he insisted only his best ones sell in the Opportunity Knock Sale, so here she is.

Oakleaf is balanced, long bodied and angular fronted. She is out of a powerful daughter of Three Rivers who is a maternal sister to the Wilbar Milestone bull that resides at Riverfront and Westway. The maternal granddam 781C was a CAA Premier/Elite dam and one of, possibly still one of the favorite cows we’ve had on the ranch. 128K is a past junior show heifer for Kylie. We feel the cross the stout made Reality Check with the high growth and performance of Three Rivers compliments each other and resulted in a nice heifer.

A really attractive daughter of the 2022 Show Bull of the Year, Wilbar Juncture 45J. The Juncture females have the same attractive look as South Point did but with a little more body and overall punch. As you can see, we’ve doubled up on the Mayflower cow family, but you can’t have too much of a good thing. The Mayflower cows are getting it done at Wilbar, performing consistently good with both high selling bulls and front pasture type females. 121N’s dam is an ideal made cow that will most definitely make the donor pen in the future if she keeps raising calves like this.

WILBAR MAYFLOWER 11J
•An Erica 74A granddaughter that strikes all the right poses and patterns just like her dam.
•If you are looking for a heifer for a junior member to drag around, I think Erica 522N could be pretty cool as a bred heifer.
•An outcross pedigree with a ton of future. •Owned with Arrowsmith Red Angus

“If I ever offer an Angus heifer, she has to be an absolute bombshell.” Ladies and gentlemen – the time has come. When we purchased Lady 2X 1620 from P+, the sky was the limit for her untapped breeding potential. When taken to Duff Fearless, who I’ve described as easily the best animal I’ve ever seen of any species, we are extremely proud to introduce Lady 531. A truly elite combination of functional black and red Angus genetics, 531 hits you hard at any angle. Supreme looking with an insane ribcage, gigantic pinset, and massive feet and legs with somehow still soft, comfortable jointwork. I could go on for days – the ONLY FEARLESS DAUGHTER to be offered in Canada this fall is the type of female we’ve spent our lives trying to generate. Retaining the right to two successful flushes (minimum of six eggs per flush) at the seller’s expense and buyer’s convenience

•I really liked the dam when I found her at the Brooking Invitational and was excited to get her bought.
•Come find 543N on sale week.

This heifer rounds out what we believe is our strongest set of black heifer calves to date. She carries the unmistakable look of quality that has become synonymous with the Opportunity Knocks Sale. Her dam, Blairswest Pride 31H, also produced our high-selling bred heifer in OK 4.0, purchased by Dale Murray. This female combines tremendous spring of rib, extra length of body, and an abundance of hair. She’s the kind that might fly under the radar at first—but rest assured, she’s one that gets better every single day.

If you are after some cow power that will raise you some herd bulls, then Wilbar Annie 635M might be your ticket. She is sired by the rare Connealy Big Valley. A bull known to sire performance-oriented cattle in the pasture and on test. The handful of calves we have had are nothing short of awesome. They were heavy coming off of grass with extra length and overall attractive looks. Two sons of Big Valley were featured in our past spring bull sale bringing $17,500 and $17,000 respectively. The Annie cows have worked well for us over the years – big volumed, good footed and ideal uddered. Both the dam and maternal granddam are CAA Premier/Elite ranked females. We are confident 635M will follow suit.
Exposed April 13 – June 27 to SAC Mile Master 4560 (Due mid January)

BROOKING REWIND 6023 WILBAR JENNIFER 221R
JENNIFER 79J
Wilbar Jennifer 657M is as balanced a female as we could wish for. One of our top daughters of the reining Canadian Angus Show Bull of the Year, Musgrave Dexterity. We do have a bit of fun in the show ring, but we expect these cattle to go on and be champions in the breeding field. Dexterity has sired our biggest sire group this year, the bull calves were the heavy sire group amongst some pretty strong competition. The females out of Dexterity will no doubt be his legacy. Wedge shaped, deep bodied and teat placement as near to perfect as we could hope for. Jennifer 657M combines some very proven and successful cow families including Lady Barbara at Musgrave Angus and Maureen Emilie at Brooking. We can’t wait to see where she ends up.
Exposed April 13 – June 27 to SAC Mile Master 4560 (Due mid to late January)

BAILEY

Around here we like to select our donor cows after they have proven themselves in production. Yes, they also must meet a very strict structure and phenotype criteria but first and foremost they must produce progeny as good or better than themselves. Wilbar Barbie 5D checks a lot of boxes for us – big bodied, expansive rib cage, perfect feet and an ideal udder. Her production record has rewarded her with CAA Premier/Elite status. 4 sons were sold in our spring bull sale topping at $15,500. Both 646M and 662M are carbon copies of mom and as an added feature are sired by the $270,000 ¼ interest bull Coleman Glacier 041. Flip a coin and choose your next future donor.

The Countess Cow family name carries weight in some of the most elite Angus programs, and we’re excited to offer this impressive female for sale. She’s long spined, big-hipped, and beautifully balanced — the kind that draws attention from every angle. Bred early to the highly marketable Spring Cove Grant 200K, this female offers tremendous potential for a quick return on investment, pairing proven maternal quality with exciting genetic upside.
AI’d April 14 to Spring Cove Grant 200K. Exposed to PDAR Brutus 266L April 30th - June 16th Safe to AI due to Calve January 21st

When it comes to moving your program forward and building a lineage for the long haul, Erica 5M is a great place to start. She offers a striking, feminine look with that ideal Angus skull and is showing early signs of a neat, well-attached udder in development. Her dam, Erica 71E, is one of three Erica 74A Coleman Charlo daughters on the ranch, and it’s safe to say they continue to raise the bar with each calf. This heifer blends quality, structure, and maternal strength in a way that defines longevity and program-building potential.
Pasture exposed to PDAR Brutus 266L from April 30 to June 16. Due to calve late February.

•2024 was a great year for Yankee 129K as she was crowned Champion Female at both Edmonton Farm Fair & Canadian Western Agribition as well as top 10 finalist in the Supreme at CWA.
•We are offering a unique opportunity to purchase a Conventional or IVF flush to Red Blair’s Yankee 129K. She has been held open to make embryo’s to export to Argentina so you can get yours made early to fit whatever calving window works best for you.
•As she travelled the show road last year, she gathered a huge fan base and it was easy to see why as she has perfect lines, is soft made with great hair and maybe has as good of an udder as you can put on one.

Red Wilbar Rebecca 910J would be considered a power type cow in the Wilbar Herd. She is massive in her depth of body, width over her top and overall rib shape. She has a big foot with lots of heel and her udder is ideal, built to last. The cow family behind 910J dates back 35 years ago to a group of cows we purchased from Cumnock Red Angus in southeast Saskatchewan. These genetics have stood the test of time, for sure. 910J has two daughters retained in our herd and one son named Red Wilbar Beretta 859M, who sold this spring for a Canadian Record $225,000 to Scott Stock Farm, AB. Beretta is possibly one of our greatest breeding achievements, a bull you are going to hear a lot more about in the future. Opportunity Knocks folks!

Red Wilbar Bayberry 31K is a cow we fell in love with as a heifer calf at side of her dam. In fact, we had plans to halter break 413G and show them as a pair that year. Sadly, the plan fell apart when we lost that beautiful cow before she ever saw a halter. Fast forward to this spring, at the entry deadline for Canadian Junior Angus Showdown, Kylie informed me that she and Owen entered 31K & her heifer calf. My first thought was not especially enthusiastic, neither the cow nor the calf were halterbroke or even near the yard. I guess they took my response as a challenge and, man, did they prove me wrong. Not only did they get the pair broke, but they also won Canadian Champion Red Angus Female at Showdown! Bayberry 31K and her calf later won Champion Mature Pair at the National Junior All Breeds Show in Bashaw. Most recently, they were named Champion Red Angus Female at Olds Fall Classic and punched a ticket to the Farmfair and Agribition Supremes. We are very confident in the genetic potential of this cow, she has generations of good ones in her pedigree, raises the right kind and is phenotypically stunning. Apologies for the long story but we are so proud of our kid’s crazy idea and perseverance to make it happen. Side note – check out the next lot to own her gorgeous heifer calf. Guarantee of 6 embryo’s with no top.

Bayberry 420N is an incredible cow prospect. She is super soft made, good footed and hairy. Just an end of February calf she has loads of power and mass. Sired by the SSS Moonie bull that has impressed us so far with the volume and capacity he adds to his progeny. 420N is calm and gentle natured, perfect for a first-time showman. Her dam…well, Wow! We’re not sure we can make one more phenotypically pleasing to the eye. The pair was the 2025 National Junior Champion Red Angus Female this summer at Showdown and early this fall was crowned Champion Red Angus Female at the Olds Fall Classic. They are now qualified for both the Farm Fair Supreme and Agribition Supreme.

Future donor cow trapped in a heifer calf’s body. I could write a novel on all the great things 42A has done for us, and this may be her best one yet. 539 is everything we strive to generate: huge bodied, powerful, dense made cattle with perfect teat placement, a cocky presence, and the big dark cherry hairs. A full sister to 539 made a lot of fans in 2023 when she was named the Reserve National Champion Red Angus Female as a heifer calf. 539 is the type of heifer that’s easy to find, fun to breed on, and difficult to replicate – join in on the fun.

A truly unique specimen with a special story. Priscilla 305 was the type of female to stop everyone dead in their tracks, making her mark as the Champion Red Angus Female in the Agribition First Lady Classic last fall. Our plans for her donor career were endless, so losing her this spring was heartbreaking. However, we were lucky enough to be gifted her doppleganger. 511 is a spitting image of her mother – insanely good looking, long as a truck, stout made, huge legged, and perfect coloured. We planned to keep 511 hidden in McLean, but in true Double B fashion, we’re committed to bringing you our very best. Look in on the ONLY progeny from one of the best females to ever wear the Double B prefix – this one’s on track to fill some majorly big shoes.
Selling 50% Interest. Possession Negotiable.

Massive, dense, overwhelming, an absolute unit –throw the term book at 516 when it comes to power, and you’ll never be wrong. Finding another female with this kind of body, natural shape and width, and substance at the ground will not be easy. Plus, her maternal granddam is a full sibling to Bullseye 1B, the popular Semex Sire that stood alongside Priscilla 44Z in the center of the old Agribition stadium when they made the top ten in 2014. If you’re on the hunt for a truck of a broodcow with a proven pedigree, all arrows point to 516.

It’s fun to see several big-time cow families all come together in one pedigree. Madame Pride, Cora, and Priscilla – household names in the Angus industry have all given us Priscilla 522. We purchased Fresh Blood 3120 from the incredible people at Wauter Valley in 2024 to inject his sheer mass, body, power and structural integrity with a stacked genetic lineage into our program. Now is your chance to do the same with this neat-looking, soft-haired, proportionate daughter. Investing in consistent, proven cow families will always be timeless.

Lots 51 & 52
•The result of a strategic mating on the gorgeous black/red carrier Ms Instinct 346F that sold in a previous Opportunity Knocks sale to Jerry Ellis in Missouri. This is a perfect example of why we retain embryo interests in select females.
•The Ter-Ron Santana daughters have excellent udders and make great cows.
•These two full sisters have stood out all summer on pasture as they give you that look from any angle.
•If you want females that are moderate made and efficient, give these young April heifers a good look.

It’s been a while since we had a Cora female for sale, so we thought it better be a special one. 369N is attractive from every angle. She is proud and up headed with a real show ring look. Her neck ties in high out of her shoulder and transitions nicely into a big, bold rib. Cora is very easy to handle and would make a very competitive junior project. The dam is a massive structured, big-bodied cow from the great Cockburn herd that has always produced front end cattle whether in the replacement or bull pen. The maternal granddam is the legendary Red Wilbar Cora 443P, a cow that has become a household name within North American Red Angus circles. The sire of Cora 369N is the rare Red SSS Moon Pie. He was a $95,000 high seller. His semen is in high demand fetching up to $4000/straw in the US. As Kevin said last year, see a Cora…buy a Cora.

Two years ago, Kylie and I were at the famous Red Round Up sale and fell in love with a gem of a heifer calf from Riverside Angus. She ended up being the high selling calf that day and has proven to be worth every penny. Fast forward to today and we present you Marta 331N. She has all the bells and whistles to make a future donor – big topped, expansive ribbed and a real maternal look. The Marta’s are a very influential cow family in this breed, known for above average production and picture-perfect udder quality. This Hennessy daughter follows the type and kind that the reining National Champion is known for. Soft bodied, big middled, attractive cattle. Don’t miss out on this one.

You can always be sure we’ll have Brndinas featured in the Opportunity Knocks sales. We have many of them in our herd because they just flat work. Their daughters consistently show up in production and their sons are usually found at the top of the bull pen. 402N fits the mould with her big middle, depth of side and overall wedge-shaped look. She is out of a beautiful uddered Motivate daughter and sired by Hennessy, a bull that we can honestly say is siring some of the best Red Angus we’ve ever put our prefix on. Red Wilbar Hennessey 3 K

This calf is one we’ve truly come to admire around the farm for her overall look and tremendous rib shape. The elite females we’ve raised—and those we’ve seen across the Red Angus breed—share that same combination of eye appeal, balance, and excellent foot quality. What fires me upmost about this one are her promising outer qualities and long-term potential. The Cora cow family has long been a cornerstone at Cockburn Red Angus, and we’re excited about what 1024 will contribute to the future here at Blairswest.

The youngest heifer in the entire offering, and one that continues to impress with every look. 105N embodies balance, femininity, and power in one complete package. She offers an exceptionally attractive profile — elegant through her neck and shoulder, with a deep, sweeping rib cage and impressive dimension. Despite her refined look, she does not sacrifice stoutness or structural integrity. Her grand dam, Bar-E-L Meg 169Z, has made a lasting impact on the Red Angus breed, and we believe Blairswest Meg 34J is following right in her footsteps within our program. When you combine this kind of power with such smooth design and an elite udder quality, it truly becomes a no-brainer.

The darkest red heifer in our lineup—bold, soft-made, and feminine all in one package. 38N combines extra rib shape and power with a refined front and that classic Angus skull. She’s one of the first $400,000 PIE Hollywood daughters to sell in Canada, backed by the legendary Red Wheel Annie Oakley 8B. A pedigree and phenotype combination built for the future.

•A couple years ago we went looking for a Red Angus donor to add to our program and were happy to identify Red Wheel Annie Oakley as that donor and partnered with Wheelers to make it a reality.
•The sire Red Blair’s Blind Spot 558H is off the Denver National Female Kassie 129B and the Denver Reserve Champion bull KJHT Power Take Off.
•Analyze 104N and you will find that she is big boned, big haired, big hipped and possesses loads of internal dimension. This calf gets better by the day which is consistent with many of the animals in her pedigree.
•Make a mental note for yourself or write a note on the fridge but either way, give her a look.

•Here’s one to spend some time on analyzing the pedigree. Kassie 129B on the top and Rhonda 30E(Kargo) on the bottom.
•Red Blair’s Blindspot 558H has been used specifically because of his foot shape & size.
•Owned with Dale Mckay

• A real nice Mar Mac Lincoln granddaughter. We bought the dam specifically to get some Lincoln and NCJ Coming in Hot in the same pedigree.

If you were to search up “dense” in a dictionary, you’d find Alice 514. With the feet and legs of a fat steer, the belly of a big bred, and the hip and stifle of a linebacker, it’s impressive she still does it with a trendy look up front. The fact that she stems from our gorgeous Alice 131D donor from Six Mile, who has given us an arsenal of incredible daughters in production, tells me she won’t only be competitive as a show cow, but screams unlimited generating potential.

Three years ago, we sold a Red Box x 42A heifer calf built like a mini grizzly bear. Topping the red Angus females, there was no way she was headed to her new home in Mexico without getting flushed a few times – and man, are we happy we did. 34N is built like her momma – swoopy bellied, big muscled and monster pawed while somehow still coupling it with the dense, bendy hind leg. Red Eye Specialist daughters have dominated internationally as show heifers, to then return home as gorgeous cows and kill it in production. Take a look through our program and you’ll understand why we’re so passionate about the Larkaba cow family.

This is a super stout, soggy beast of a heifer. She is going to have a knock-out udder just like her dam. We love the mass and middle the Soxro cows exhibit. They offer expanded rib shape with a real brood cow look. 856M is the type of female that raises herd bulls at our place, and we look forward to seeing what this one can do. As an added feature, she sells bred to the $65,000 Red Six Mile Long Branch. A dark red, stout made son of the popular PIE Long Haul.

Super dark, cherry red heifer. She is massive bodied, big ribbed and just overall a very broody female. She is sired by Red Wilbar Tempo 625H, a bull who has been siring moderate birth with above average growth, productive females and best of all, maybe some of the best feet in the industry. Tinsel 830M is a full sister to the $47,500 Red Wilbar Admission at Duralta Farms, a sire you are going to hear a lot more about this coming spring. The dam, 401G is a cool Motivate daughter that continually raises progeny at or near the top of the red pasture. She has a feature bull in the pen for the 2026 bull sale. 830M sells bred to the $75,000 Red Wilbar Stranglehold, a son of the World Champion Hennessy.

Here is a daughter of the $32,000 L83/JK herd sire, Red Wilbar Intuition 832J. He stamps his progeny with a deep, dark cherry red color. The first daughters in production had gorgeous udder design and close to perfect foot quality. Sons will be featured in our 2026 bull sale. The dam, 744C is a massive bodied cow you notice from all angles. She has been on a streak producing some very cool daughters that we hold with high regard within our herd. Maybe the most exciting part is she is bred to the $75,000 Red Wilbar Stranglehold. This son of the Supreme Champion Hennessy is being campaigned this fall and looks to be closely following in his sires footsteps. Checkout this sale feature!

Blockana is a cow family name that is always held with high regard at Wilbar. One of the favorite female producing cow lines we have. The 872M is the type of female that will work her butt off and look good while doing it. We have sisters in production and flush mates that have topped sales to the US and Canada. The dam 357X, is still in production currently residing at the DRI embryo facility. She will have a neat son selling in our 2026 bull sale. 872M is carrying a neat service to the total outcross Red Wilbar Main Stage 562L, a grandson out of Conley South Point 8362 x a black/red PM Executive Decision cow.

Brndina hails from one of our largest cow families. The Brndina’s have raised more sale topping cattle and herd bulls for us than just about any other. 836M’s maternal great granddam 638S was arguably one of the top producing cows to grace our pastures, raising notable herd bulls Over the Top, Element and Helix along with multiple daughters and granddaughters in our herd. Brndina 836M is sired by Red SSS Moonie, a paternal brother to the popular Moon Pie bull. We feel the Moonie daughters are the type that are built to last. They have an easy doing, wedge shaped look and the older they get the more we like them.

Red Watch will forever be one of the best animals to have come out of our program. He dominated the show ring his entire life, topping it off as the 2023 National Champion, Agribition Champion, and Top 10 CN Beef Supreme Finalist, capturing accolades we worked our whole lives to achieve. Now seeing his progeny, we’re somehow even more excited. Alice 426’s soft yet bold rib cage, huge pinset, big yet flexible hind leg build, and square, refined teat placement will set her up to be the functional, never-miss kind of producer found on either side of her pedigree.

Looking back now, this show pony probably should’ve seen a halter. The Red Blood x Priscilla mating never misses at our place, consistently generating elite looking, proportionate, sound structured cattle with ideal udders and genuine power. Toss in the fact that she’s bred to the now deceased Red Box son, Duff HD, and it’s safe to say I’m going to feel pretty stupid for selling 416 when her calf hits the ground next spring.

Double B and Priscilla 44Z are synonymous at this point – and for very good reason. Talk about combining the fundamentals to thrive long term with the freaky pieces needed to make some noise. Priscilla 410 is as high performing, burly made, and powerful as you can make one, while still being cocky fronted, good uddered and functional in her build with a dark haircoat breeders dream about. Paternal sister to Lane Steen’s dominant show heifer from 2023, this Red Bear daughter has all the intangibles to thrive in whatever sector of the industry you throw her in.

The youngest bred heifer we are offering, yet one that stands out for her maternal strength, structural soundness, and longevity. She’s a beautifully made female with the kind of feet, balance, and design that ensure lasting value in any herd. Across the Red Angus breed, the Larkaba Cow family name appears in many elite programs and consistently ranks near the top for quality and influence. We’ve always appreciated tracing our roots back to our early Opportunity Knocks purchases — and one of the most rewarding was acquiring her dam, 6G, from Blairs.Ag. That decision has paid dividends in our herd, and this young female continues that legacy. We’re also excited to note that a Red Bull out of this line will be a feature in our Second Annual Blairwest Bull Sale on March 19th.

The two sires in his pedigree that truly locked it down for me was Red U2 .38 Special & Red Bar-E-L Warden, as I was runner up on both those bulls the day they sold.

Beretta is the $225,000 Canadian record setting Red Angus bull that has caught the attention of the world. Both his sire and dam sport as high a quality foot as you could design with ample heel and ideal toe shape. With so much thickness down his top and a massive hip & hind quarter, it’s impressive to watch him move out with such ease and fluidity. His impressive 113 weaning index makes Beretta the bull that can take you to the next level of performance.

He consistently sires dark cherry red color, extra bone mass, great feet with added heel and thick, deep bodied cattle. His first daughters will calve this coming spring and look very similar to Hennessy’s gorgeous dam. His progeny highlighted the spring bull sale season with a son commanding $75,000. Dexterity is a bull we acquired from the famed Musgrave program in Illinois. The Musgrave herd is known for outstanding maternal based cows and balanced trait herd bulls. Dexterity is a son of Sitz Feat 729H, a bull that has sired some of the highest selling bulls and females as of late in the US. Feat daughters in production are perfect uddered, weaning some of the heaviest calves in their respective herds. Feat is only available in Canada through a select group of sons. Dexterity’s dam comes from one of the most successful cow families in the Musgrave herd, the Lady Barbara’s. The genetic potential of Dexterity is unlimited. His sons were our largest and heaviest sire group this fall and his first daughters as bred heifers are big volumed with perfect teat placement. Dexterity has been used on heifers successfully. His progeny will be front and center in our bull and replacement pens for years to come. Bigtime sire that we highly recommend.

If this isn’t an elite combo, I don’t know what is. A flushmate to Red Watch — 2023 National Champion, three-time Agribition Champion, and CN Beef Supreme Top 10 Finalist — as well as the 2022 high-selling Red Angus female shown by Gus Reid, 125 is as exciting genetically as they come. See this brick shithouse in person and she’ll blow you away: massive rib, monster feet and legs, powerful, yet she moves with coordination and authority. Naturally, we flushed her to Wilbar Hennessy, the Farmfair and Agribition Supreme Champion who dominated the show road last year. Genetic goldmine with elite phenotype — these calves will be rockstars.

101 3 EMBRYOS DUFF BLACK INK 1710
QualifiedforCanada,USA,Australia&Brazil........StoredatAltaGenetics
Full sibling to the absolute beast of a heifer calf that won her division at Agribition and topped the red Angus females in the sale last year. Monique 571E is a gorgeous uddered, huge bellied, awesome built powerhouse whose so dark you can almost call her black. She consistently generates spitting image daughters, and the Black Ink mating has been lights out good. Full proof opportunity up for grabs!

$46,000 FULL SIB TO EMBRYOS

We’ve had two daughters from this mating, and both were absolute home runs. Just look at the 2023 Reserve National Champion female as a heifer calf, and her full sister leading the red division again this year, and you’ll see why we’ve filled our tanks with these eggs. RED DOUBLE B MONIQUE404

On our hunt for another red donor last year, the decision was made that Carlee 197L had all the attributes to anchor our red donor battery and when she calved and dropped down an absolutely gorgeous udder we knew we made the right call. This mating includes Dracarys, .38 Special & Warden. Nuff Said!

Erica 44F is a cornerstone female for us that we feel can move you in the right direction. She was the dam of the $22,000 Brooking Mercury females that sold in the Family Matters Sale to Lindskov. Also, her Robust bull calf last year sold to Jauer Dependable Genetics for 25,000. Her full sib bull calf will be in our yards pen at CWA and be one to watch come March 19th.
