ANL POLLED HEREFORDS/BROOKS FARMS ANNUAL BULL SALE

Page 1

WELCOME TO OUR SALE

Welcome to our 2026 bull sale held with Brooks Farms.

This time of year, always comes upon us way too fast!! Some how we never seem to be ready. But it is also a time of anticipation. A time when we anxiously await the new calf crop and upcoming genetics that we look forward to after purchasing the kind of bulls that we feel will contribute to not only our own herd but also the herds of our bull and female customers. This year we are very happy with our Great Plains and Handy Man calves. Each sire produces the favorable results for which we were searching for.

HANDY MAN 40K was added for calving ease and the bulls in sale will do just that, as well as great udder development. The Handy Man heifers that have calved have beautiful, level, square udders with nice small teats. GREAT PLAINS 313J was purchased to add performance and efficiency. Blayne, Blake and the Brooks family have once again brought out a sound set of bulls, and we look forward to working with them every year. Please feel free to call any one of us if there is anything we can help with. Plan to stop by the farms and have a look if you find you are not able to attend sale. Videos will be posted online as well as online bidding through DLMS. We look forward to visiting with everyone on March 22nd.

Looking forward to visiting on sale day.

FROM THE DESK AT T BAR C

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 ANL/Brooks Annual Bull Sale, March 22nd in Steelman, Saskatchewan.

This sale represents two respected, multi-generational family operations that are built around some of the most proven cow families in the Hereford industry. Programs like ANL and Brooks don’t happen overnight — they are the result of decades of disciplined breeding decisions and a relentless focus on productive, functional females. Cow families such as Jada, Maple, Miriah, Violet, Nancy, and Sally form the backbone of this offering. These are hardworking, heavy-milking cows with strong udders, sound structure, and the ability to consistently raise high-quality progeny.

The influence of Great Plains 313J and Handy Man 40K is evident throughout the pen. The Great Plains sons are longspined, deep-bodied, and built to add pounds and performance to any calf crop while maintaining maternal integrity.

The Handy Man bulls offer calving ease with shape and muscle, backed by daughters already proving themselves with tidy udders and longevity. As you move toward the back of the book, the Brooks bulls carry that same consistency and cow power. The Crown Royal and Great Plains sons from the Brooks program are stout, sound, and practical — backed by the Sally and other cornerstone families that have earned their reputation.

These are real-world herd bulls designed to work for commercial and purebred operations alike. Uniformity, predictability, and cow family strength define this sale. These bulls are backed by families who stand behind their cattle and by cow lines that have stood the test of time. The sale will be conducted live at the farm, with internet bidding available through DLMS. If you are unable to attend, the T Bar C team is always available to assist you with confidence.

We look forward to visiting with you on sale day.

Sincerely, Levi Rimke
