Welcome to Neepawa, where this sale has grown into the ideal marketplace for Simmental and Angus bulls. With record-setting calf crop prices, the bulls included in this event are the kind that will strengthen your margins so profit is always in the future.
The Simmental bull offering is lush in pedigree and very noticeably quiet. All of these bulls are as docile as you can make ’em, with loads of hair and length.
The Angus portion comes with the hard-to-come-by twoyear-olds of BASKM. These bulls are again very docile, with strict protocols on feet and legs. These bulls are built to last and calve easily.
New this year, we welcome Big Dream Livestock from Northern Manitoba, who has four excellent bulls ready for your appraisal. The spring sale run has as much momentum as anything in agriculture today, so please make plans to be with us downtown Neepawa for good cattle and friendly consignors.

Welcome to the annual Canadian Central Bull Sale. We want to thank all our buyers – past, present, and future. We are going to start off our selection with four extra age black baldies.
The first three are three full ET sibs that we are excited about. Grandpa kept telling us that he couldn’t wait for these calves to come because he knew they were going to be great and man was he right. Black Gold/ GW Reddington 113K has sired our largest group of red bulls. This bull has produced excellent offspring for both sexes. His first calf in our selection BVL Nascar 1N comes from Sawyer Morrison, a young and hardworking lady that’s passionate about Simmental cows and building her own herd. She operates with her family under Boyne Valley Livestock.

This first bull has a presence to him that screams “Look at Me!” He comes in a complete package that moves efficiently. 287M is a bull we think is going to go out and do a great job in someone’s herd.
Mitch is the tallest and longest bodied of the three ET calves. His dam was a big-time producer for us as we flushed her a few times. We are thankful to Austin and Steve Wytnick for leasing cows to us to use as recips for these excellent calves.

Our last calf off one of our past show cows TCW Glamour which happened way too soon for us, but she went out with a bang with Night Rider 11N. We bred Glamour to Erxions Lad 22J which was the best decision we made. This 3/4 sib to the female we sold to Labatte Simmentals in the Pembina Triangle Sale. He is black bull with some size and thickness which he gets honestly from Erxion Lad 22J. Here is a great option if you’re looking for a black cow bull.

Norm is always that bull that stands out in the pen. Our R Plus 4315B cow has produced some great calves since we bought her in their dispersal sale and then crossed with our Fullblood bull Fairview Vault was a great combination. She has tons of milk and combined with the fullblood genetics he should make some great milk producers, and which will convert into lbs. Norm is best suited to be used on cows.

Here is a little twist into our 3/4 Simmental 1/4 speckle park herd being our red speckled bull that could add a little colour change if you’re looking for something different. Johnny came home early last fall because we halter broke him to support the Percentage Simmental Bull classes at Manitoba Ag Ex. We started our small Simmental speckle crossed cattle with Johnny Cash’s dam and has she produced some great offspring with the body and style of the Simmental breed but with the colour twist of the speckle park.

Welcome to the Canadian Central Simmental & Angus Sale. we are excited to be consigned again this year with another 4 bulls. This year we have brought a pair of SAS Copperhead sons and a pair of R Plus Mandate sons to town for your appraisal. We are very proud of these bulls and we feel as though this is our best group yet. We tried a little experiment this year with the creep feed, as we are still growing and finding what works for our operation. The two Copperhead sons were on a 16% protein creep ration all summer, while the Mandate sons were on oats for a month before weaning. This is one of the bulls that got oats for a month before weaning, and he has always been right there in weight with the two Copperhead sons. He is very unique and might not be the heaviest bull in the pen, but is smooth shouldered with a moderate frame that comes with some extra length. He might have short ears but that is all from his mother’s love, they won’t hold him back from getting out and breeding some cows. Recommend for bigger framed heifers or cows.
14N is a paternal half sibling to 11N. He comes from a cow that is 10 years old and still knows how to do an amazing job, she is a big framed cow. Greetings from all of us at BASKM Land & Cattle Inc. We are excited to be a part of the Canadian Central Bull Sale again this year. We would like to thank all our bull buyers from previous years. It has been very humbling being selected to supplying elite genetics for your programs.
We have a great selection of calving-ease and performance bulls again this year. Our program has relied heavily on a strong AI program using industry leading AI bulls, as well as building a strong maternal cow herd with the focus on longevity, tidy udders, structurally correctness and easy keeping females. This year’s sire group highlights our AI sires: Ellingson Profound 8155, and Coleman Triumph 9145. As well as genetics from our New Walking Herdsires: KCH Trendsetter 5H, KCH RainFall 205K and HF Rotation 106K.
We feel there’s a bull for everyone with using this herd bull line up. The Ellingson Profound 8155 is our most exciting sire group we have raised to date. They have power, shape and look to them and are so consistent in their make-up. They also come with some calving-ease which makes them so valuable. The KCH RainFall 205K/KCH Trendsetter 5H sons are fool proof calving ease and power. Their son’s rise to the top of the pen as well and are backed by some of the most influential cows in the industry like Brooking Beauty 333.
Our bulls speak for themselves. We solely run a 2-year-old bull program. Our bulls are developed on pasture till December, then are fed an oat silage/hay forage along with an oat/barley/corn ration as coming 2-year old’s. Our bulls are raised to be ATHLETIC not FAT, they get adequate exercise while walking the pasture. Hoof quality is very important to us as we strive to have a low maintenance cow herd like our commercial customers expect. Feedback from our bull customers has been outstanding! Bulls go out and work, they don’t melt on pasture. They keep growing and maturing into stout herd bulls.
We are also offering a package of 5 open commercial heifer calves in the sale this year. The heifers are a group of KCH RainFall 205K/KCH Trendsetter 5H daughters right from our replacement pen. Breeding evaluations will be done on these heifers prior to the sale.

The RainFall genetics have always been a go to for calving ease, and that’s what we were looking for when we purchased ½ of this guy from KCH Cattle Co. He also has unmatched dimension and shape that puts his sons right to the top of the pen. The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par at the sale location. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made; no invoicing on buyers in attendance, unless previous arrangements have been made. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.
Bidding:
Each animal will sell to the highest bidder... no by-bidding will be permitted. Disputes - Bidding will be reopened between the parties involved in dispute. If no further bidding is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision on all disputes will be final.
Announcements:
All announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay close attention to such disclosures.
Breeder’s Guarantee:
Should any bull fourteen (14) months of age or over fail to prove a breeder after being used on females known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within six (6) months following the date of purchase or six (6) months after the bull has reached fourteen (14) months of age. The seller will have the right and privilege of six (6) months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is given that semen collected from the bull will freeze.
Exception Guarantee:
In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, this guarantee shall be null and void.
Certificate of Registration:
Each animal will carry papers issued by their breed association unless otherwise stated. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.
Pedigree Estimates:
Pedigree Estimates (PE) are created on the projected mating of the animal’s sire and dam based on averages of the two, creating estimated values that do not hold the same accuracy of actual EPDs issued from the association and should be used as such.
Liabilities:
All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller, facility owner and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that occur. It is understood that T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. is acting only as a medium between buyer and seller and is not responsible for any failure on the part of either party to live up to his obligations. Neither does T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. assume any financial obligations to collect or enforce collection of any monies between parties and any legal action that may in exceptional cases be taken must be between the buyer and the seller. T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any credit extended by the seller to the buyer. The buyer must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
Rights and Obligations:
The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
Phone, Mail, Wire Bids:
Bidders unable to attend the sale may phone, wire or mail their bids and instructions to the sale managers, auctioneer or special representatives. Bids must be received in sufficient time prior to the sale.
Delivery:
We will assist in arranging transportation wherever possible. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Insurance:
Will be available sale day. We strongly recommend that insurance is purchased for full value.
Errors:
All announcements at sale time, written or oral, supercede any written material in the catalogue.
